Non existent customer service.
Placed an order almost 3 weeks ago, money was taken from my account on the same day yet no sandals! There is no telephone number for customer service, just an email which I sent after waiting a week without communication or delivery. As yet I have had no reply, no sandals and no communication what so ever!
Very very poor customer service.
Definitely learnt my lesson, will not be ordering again.

The sandals are great, but buy from elsewhere!
I own a couple of other pairs of Salt-Waters, purchased from elsewhere, so thought I would grab another pair direct in their sale.
However, the pair arrived with very brown stitching which is apparently how this colour come in, but it looked dreadful with pewter sole. I emailed to clarify what the stitching was meant to look like, but it took 11 days for a reply from customer services, by which time I had already posted them back.
Returns are a pain. Would avoid buying direct again.

I really wanted to love this brand but I cannot. I placed my first order 7 days ago but there is no update/notification after payment (orders from UK should be delivered between 2-5 days from payment according to their shipping policy).
I have contacted Salt-Water Sandals Europe 3times via email, contact form and social media but no response at all. I see other people have same problem with my case.
We cannot trust the brand that is intentionally avoiding customer contact.

Do not trust the size calculator on their website!!
My wife used the online size calculator, inputting her foot length of 26cm, which indicated to purchase size 7. The box of the sandals received clearly states 25cm. This is grossly misleading and is wrong.
Upon contacting salt-water support they did eventually give me a returns label, however, as they took ages to respond I ended up footing the postage to return them. When I complained further they then followed up with a 15% discount off my next purchase. Why would I want to order again!?
I certainly won't be ordering direct from salt-water again. Which is shame, because their products are good, just let down by poor customer service and product information.

Do not use
Be warned - their returns policy is awful, with no ability to exchange sizes, and you have to pay to return and post the shoes yourself. Incredibly backward. They also take a week to reply to queries and you can only contact them online. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.
