These are the best sandals for me, after years of trying different brands these fit and are so comfortable.

I ordered the sandals but later found sandals i wanted more so i wanted to return them. When i got my phone to get in my account on their website it said that my password was not right. I clicked on change my password but never received an e-mail. Later i clicked on it again and tried to call. It said the number was out of use, both numbers. I then wrote them an e-mail and contacted them on their website but never got an response. I tried to call again and later found a link for returns on their website. I put my order number in and it didnt work!!! Checked my e-mail and order number 10000 times but it was all right. I cant return my shoes please help!

Got these sandals after a friend's recommendation and I have worn them for years! They look even better over the years.

I had an issue with my payment due to a technical fault but before I even realised salt water got in touch and helped me through sorting the problem and getting my sandals two days later! And omg I love them!!! Currently deciding which colour to go for next!

I live in my Salt-Waters every summer, and now my little girl does too! Great quality (I’ve had mine for YEARS) and very comfortable.

Sandals ordered, used website size guide, delivered swiftly. Too small, returned at my expense, signed for on 3rd July at Saltwater warehouse.
No refund. Filled in contact us form as there’s no other way to reach them. No response, it’s now 29th July. Their FAQ section states if you resend a query it’ll move your original request further down the list ie don’t bother.
Still no refund.
Email about sale and a second one offering £10 off received.
No response to returned goods, customer service form.
Next step will be to raise complaint via bank payment card company and inability to receive refund from saltwater.

Sandals received, wore them but after a couple of wears noticed a stitch was loose. Contacted customer services, waited the ridiculously long 2 weeks for someone to get back to me. They asked for a picture of a code, which I sent immediately. Since then (another 3 ish weeks) radio silence. I have attempted to contact through Instagram, through email via the website but nothing. Absolutely disgraceful and should not be allowed to scam people in this way. I’m incredibly disappointed but I will not give up!

Never received my order, but of course they kept the money I payed for the purchase.
Customer service doesn't react at all.
Don't buy from this firm. It's a scam.

Order received (1000139369) but instead of sandals I received nail varnishes!

Several attempts to contact customer service through the website and email address with no response.

Contacted through Facebook and had a response querying whether it was their parcel despite photographic evidence provided. Then, radio silence.

They have my money, next step is a PayPal dispute I suppose. Terrible customer service, will never order again.

I ordered from website three days ago, money went through but I have no confirmation email, details of delivery, nothing at all. I emailed them as there is no customer service number, I have received no acknowledgement. No idea if or when I will get what i've paid for. Absolutely unacceptable!

Followed the company s recommendation for sizes and went for the 40-41 ( i m a size 40). I however accidentally ordered size 39. Contacted them right away and the following day or 2 they got back to me and amended my order. Only had to wait for a few days to have them delivered. Absolutely love my new sandals! And what a relief that the leather is soft so dont have to hurt my skin while breaking the leather! Extra thank you to the lovely Nikoleta from their customer service team! You were fantastic!

Just appalling customer service. My order went missing for SEVEN WEEKS (they'd happily banked my money, of course) and their customer service was totally non-responsive until I threatened them under consumer law. Just awful, awful, awful. I really like their shoes but the experience of buying from their website is utterly appalling.

Ik heb een week geleden sandalen voor m’n dochter online besteld. Zou binnen 2-5 werkdagen geleverd worden. Je kan ze alleen online via een formulier contacten en daar krijg je GEEN reactie op. Je kan nergens je bestelling annuleren. Via instagram benaderd en dan krijg je het antwoord het duurt wat langer vanwege de SALE. Er is helemaal geen SALE op hun website.

I was really hoping for such great things with these sandals!
I ordered women’s 6 as I’m a UK 5.
I ordered a classic buckle slider in red which the length is great but the width was tight so luckily I could loosen the buckle!
I love the look of these sandals but the comfort factor is so low, they are so flat they hurt my feet as I’m usually wearing a Birkenstock or a Cork bed Moshulu sandal which a so comfortable, Salt-water sandals very well made just not a lot to them for the £69 price tag!!
The comfort sole style are very non stylish I won’t be purchasing anymore.
Really sad as this brand really jumped out at me but if the comfort isn’t there it’s a big No.

Pro: Good quality comfortable sandals true to size.

Con: Poor delivery and appalling non-responsive customer service
