Very unclear, misleading, confusing and rude consultations following the death of a relative – who held policies with this company. Contents insurance and car insurance handled appallingly, the female consultant misread emails and was even rude on the phone when I asked my fiance to help me, indignantly saying she'd heard our conversation.
If this is how the staff's bereavement policies allow them to behave when a customer is grieving and struggling to do right by a relative, I cannot imagine how they might treat a fresh, prospective client.

Horrible management, know someone who worked here and was treated poorly. wouldn’t recommend.

Lapsed our business insurance which was clearly instructed to auto renew, had no idea until one day by chance looked up the policy and called to confirm cover which they had cancelled without notice.

Asked to reinstate asap over the phone never got back to me avoid if you want to end up unknowingly without cover!

Simply shocking customer service

Called this company three times over a two week period, they said somebody would call me back but they never did. Would not purchase a product from this company.
