Excellent service

Excellent service! Went in for an engagement ring and couldn’t be happier with the end product. Staff were very knowledgable, friendly and helpful throughout.

Fantastic

I purchased a bespoke engagement ring from Sacet in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter- I can truly say this is possibly the best customer experience I have ever had. James from Sacet was brilliant from the start to the finish of the project.
It is clear that they value their customers as there was times when James on his days off would call/email to let me know of any updates to the bespoke design. All in all the best customer experience in any retail environment I have ever experienced.

Having an ethically grown diamond is very important to me and my partner. Finding sacet made the process of ring shopping much easier and the team could not do enough for us would recommend and will back for wedding rings

Great product and service

I found sacet online and fell for the lab grown/ethical aspect, especially the recycled gold. The team at Sacet were knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Extremely happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My kind of company!

Ethically sourced Diamonds are important to have in my engagement ring, me and my partner were excited to learn about Diamonds! I can’t wait for my ring to arrive! Wonderful company and super friendly staff! No pressure and very informative
