Beautiful design and attention to detail
I love my cushions and ottoman beanbag in the new meadow cottage range . They are really beautifully designed with the ruffled edges making them look that bit more special. The fabric quality is excellent and a beautiful mix of stripes on the reverse of the floral cushions , such exquisite attention to detail. Amazing customer service from start to finish with wonderful communication every step of the way. I highly recommend this wonderful family run brand

Absolutely appalling service.
Absolutely appalling service.
Complained about a bean bag chair I purchased for my daughter which is lob sided a keeps falling off it! Sent me replacement beans for it an it’s still doing the same! I would avoid using this supplier as they refuse to fix the issue!
It’s not the fact I want a refund, it’s the fact there is clearly a fault with the product as the replacement beans did not resolve this. Its lob sided the child can not sit on it as she falls off it.. it should not be like this if I purchased it a week/month or even a year ago it should not be like this!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing concerns with your bean bag. We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase, and we regret any disappointment this has caused.
As your order was placed in May 2024 and was personalised, it is not eligible for a refund. However, in September 2024, as a gesture of goodwill, we provided extra filling free of charge to help resolve the issue. Beanbag filling naturally compresses over time, and as stated on our website, this is a normal characteristic of the product and not covered under our guarantee.
At the time, it appeared that this additional filling resolved the concern, and we were pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the outcome. Given that the product is not faulty, has been used, and is personalised, we’re really sorry that we’re unable to offer a refund on this occasion.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t meet expectations, and we truly appreciate your understanding. If you require any further assistance or would like to purchase additional filling in the future, we’d be happy to help.
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do.
Kind regards
The rucomfy Team

Exceptional customer service
I’ve ordered two dogs beds over the years and they’re great quality. The covers wash nicely and the beds don’t flatten as quickly as other pet cushion beds. I recently enquired about purchasing just a cover for one of them, and the customer service was exceptional. Quick responses through to next day delivery of the cover. Thoroughly recommend!
