Thinking of buying then think again
Thinking of buying then think again. You have no control over how or where they place the personalisation. Who in their right mind would use an orange stitch over an orange dinosaur! That is what happened to me and they whatapp message after message justifying their position with no understanding of any complaint. Not a cheap purchase as my bean bag was over £40. Stay away from buying anything.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the thread contrast on your personalised beanbag.
We always strive to deliver the highest quality products, and we would like to clarify how our personalisation process works. All custom items are embroidered using standard digital production templates designed specifically for each range. In this case, the thread used was a distinct, contrasting shade to the dinosaur artwork itself, positioned precisely according to our set design specifications.
Because personalised items are made-to-order, they are non-returnable unless a genuine manufacturing or structural fault is present. When our management team reviewed the detailed photographs provided, the item was confirmed to be made correctly to our production standards and completely free of defect.
We always aim to communicate clearly and supportively via WhatsApp to explain our policies, and we are sorry that we were unable to reach an outcome that met your expectations on this occasion. We do appreciate your feedback.
Kind regards,
The rucomfy Beanbags Team

Personalised a bean bag issues
We personalised a bean bag for our grandson, and the resulting item was very poor.
There are no options for the size, colour or positioning of personalisation.
The bean bag we received had orange text over the top of orange pictures, making it illegible.
A refund or replacement was denied, despite this being an error on the companies part.
Order elsewhere.

Stained and no response
Very disappointed.
*Update*
Still no response - advised they would speak with a supervisor but nothing. Avoid this company at all costs*
Missing a package (not their fault, but DPDs) therefore missing an entire beanbag, but the one we did receive is stained and unusable. Tried contacting through Whatapp, they have been online since the messages were sent (my husband also tried contacting with photos of the issues) phone number is not working and nothing back. I appreciate people are busy, but not even an acknowledgement or a holding message.
Trying to secure a refund, but have two very upset kiddies as it was a birthday present. All in all, could not recommend sadly.

Beyond Expectations
Shipped quickly to my local post office with no delivery charge! Beanbag came well packaged and was easy to carry back to my campus. I was worried thinking I've bought a beanbag cover by accident given how light it was but the ultimate unpacking revealed my new throne fully packed and intact. I put it on a glass Bridge between the Maths and Computer Science buildings so I can study with a view this exam season. My professors love it!

Lovely quality bean bag
Lovely quality bean bag, just what was needed for sensitive legs. No hard edging yet still firm enough to provide good support.
Very well made and should wear well for the future. Also purchased the filler bag, for when it needs washing down the line, as it states this bag will make it easier to empty the polystyrene ball contents, which will no doubt go everywhere, if you don't have it, so I thought, worth buying.
I chose the green, it's a lovely rich mid tone emerald colour, so I would assume the other colours on offer should also be lovely too.
The delivery was prompt just two days wait, no problems there.
So all in all, a very positive experience from this company, who have provided an excellent quality item. Very pleased with purchase

We're delighted to hear that the beanbag is providing the comfortable, firm support needed for sensitive legs, that is so wonderful to know. It sounds like the emerald green looks brilliant in your home, and buying the EasyFill washbag in advance is definitely a smart move for stress-free washing later on! Thank you for choosing us, and enjoy your new beanbag!
