**An experience that has ended up before the Employment Tribunal**

My experience with Rubicon People Partnership has been extremely negative and, for me, the consequences have gone far beyond simply having a bad experience with a recruitment agency.

After making numerous job applications through recruitment agencies and companies in the area, I began investigating what might have been happening with my applications. As part of that investigation, and through Subject Access Requests concerning my personal data, I obtained documents and records relating to my candidate profile at Rubicon which I find extremely concerning and which, in my view, may help explain what happened to some of my employment opportunities.

Among the documents are internal records and notes relating to my candidate profile which I believe may have negatively affected my access to certain employment opportunities. There are also issues concerning subsequent changes made to information relating to my profile which I am still trying to establish and understand.

The seriousness of what happened is such that **I have brought a claim before the Employment Tribunal**. The matter is now being dealt with through the appropriate legal process, and therefore I will not present matters that are still being examined as established facts.

What I can say is that the consequences for me did not end when I stopped dealing with Rubicon. I believe this situation has continued to affect my ability to obtain employment and has forced me to spend a significant amount of time trying to establish what information was recorded about me, who entered it, who had access to it and what consequences it may have had.

I am also specifically investigating the actions of a former Rubicon employee, **DK**, in relation to certain records and actions that I consider relevant to my case. I am considering the appropriate legal and regulatory steps regarding these matters based on the evidence and documentation available to me.

My intention is not to make accusations without evidence. That is precisely why I have taken the matter to the Employment Tribunal and have used the appropriate legal and data protection mechanisms to seek answers.

After everything that has happened, my experience and opinion of Rubicon is **1 star**. I believe potential candidates should be aware that internal records held about a candidate can have consequences that are far more significant than the candidate may realise.

I would like Rubicon to respond publicly and transparently explain what information it held about me, how that information was used, who had access to it, and what actions were taken in relation to my applications.

For me, this matter is still not over.

Rubicon has been absolutely amazing, lots of communication and general support. They have been so helpful through the process, Harriet is so friendly and lovely to talk too.

Always have a great experience with Rubicon.

I've had a few instances with other recruitment agencies that simply take your details and never speak to you again.

Rubicon have always understood how important it is to find work sooner rather than later. They've helped me on several occasions with finding new work.

I was recently helped by Beth, who has been working very hard to find me assembly work while I've been unemployed.

Beth was fantastic at finding roles and giving plenty of options for work.

I would recommend Rubicon to anyone who needs a new role quickly.

Id like to thank rubicon for helping me find employment. Im 60 but have still helped me even though I got myself into a bit of a nightmare situation . They have found me a position right round the corner locally . Im hoping to stay with them and continue to have their guidance and support in any future endeavours

Sylvia was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. She was always helpful, friendly and professional, kept me updated, and made everything much easier. She genuinely went the extra mile to help me and I really appreciate all her support. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Would highly recommend using them.

A special thank you to Amber, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She guided me every step of the way, kept in regular contact, and answered all my questions.
Even after I accepted the role, Amber continued to check in to make sure everything was going well, and receiving a thoughtful postcard on my first day was such a lovely personal touch.
Thanks to Rubicon, I’ve found a role that is everything I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for a recruitment agency that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, I would recommend Rubicon without hesitation.

I applied for an assembly job nearer to where I live in North Dorset on the Tuesday & had a missed call & an e-mail sent to me the same day. The following day I spoke to Silvia from Rubicon & had a chat about the type of work I was looking for nearer to where I live & received some e-mails about different job opportunities available to me. I then spoke to Silvia about one of the positions I was interested in & an interview was arranged for me the following morning on the Thursday. Silvia also sent me a link about the company so I could prepare for my interview. I'm pleased to say that I've been offered a start date with the new job role soon. Silvia also sent me links to register with Rubicon afterwards & supported me completing the registration process. I can't thank Silvia from Rubicon enough for all the support she has given me finding a new job role in such a short space of time and feel this will continue, whilst working with Rubicon. :-)

Everyone here has been lovely, simple as that really.
They're always available to talk if you need assistance and quick to respond if you leave them a message.
Found me work almost instantly that seemed catered to my current needs.

The Rubicon team have been in regular contact and extremely professional. Their efforts are really meaningful and appreciated. I am sure this will not be my only review.

Big thank you too erin, helping me get a job and supporting me and keeping me updated with everything i needed to know and do. Really friendly and caring and shows she wants to help and support the people she has on her job hunt list. 5 stars

Seriously impressed with the level of service Rubicon offer. They have organised everything for me, including researching and scheduling relevant job interviews based on my experience and interest and they have been successful multiple times.
I wish more people knew about this. They DO try their best and make your life easier!

Thank you so much for the support, I really do appreciate it :)
As the title says, LIFE-CHANGING.

I highly recommend Rubicon Recruitment, especially Ella! She first contacted me about a job, but the timing didn't work with my childcare responsibilities. Instead of being annoyed, Ella was incredibly understanding and promised to find something closer to home. She quickly called me back about a position at GP & J Baker. The hours didn't quite fit my schedule, but Ella went out of her way to negotiate a 4:00 PM finish time so I could get home to my children. The interview went great, I was offered the job, and Ella even managed to make it a permanent position right from the start. I am so grateful to Ella and Rubicon for this amazing opportunity!
Thank you 🙏

This is the second time Rubicon have helped me secure a role, absolutely fantastic throughout, Claire was very helpful and I'm very happy in my new role.
