DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - I have been waiting to get a refund for over 1 month. I have sent numerous emails and have been on hold for over an hour various times to no avail. They owe me over £250 and they haven't even contacted me about my refund request.

Day 2 test result came on day 6, day 5 came on day 10 was done by another company. Do not use. It took 3 hours on hold on get through

Please do not use this company. They have taken many people's money without providing them with the services promised. Customer services are literally non-existent.

Appalling service. Been trying to get a refund for 2 months now and either they don't pick up the phone for HOURS or if they do they say they will call you back and never do.

Horrible, 1 out 2 tests was never evaluated! Royal mail delivered on time RT just ignored it. Can't rely on these!

Arrived back from Menorca on 1st July. Sent off Day 2 tests for me and my partner on Saturday 3rd. Partner received her negative certificate on Thursday 8th July, I am still waiting for my result!
Sent two emails and message via their "Instant Support" page on their website.
NOTHING.
Got through on the phone this morning, the bloke couldn't help but promised I would get a call within the next 6/8 hours.
Watch this space...

I ordered day 2/8 tests before leaving for Spain. They arrived the next day. I have just sent in day 2 test, received an email on day 3 saying test had arrived, swiftly followed by an email with my negative result attached. Excellent service.

Never received my test. No answer to calls or emails. A scam.

This is the worst POS company I have ever come across, under no circumstances entrust your Covid Testing or any other testing to this miserable excuse for a business.

I ordered the 2/8 quarantine tests for my 10 day self quarantine after traveling to England to attend a funeral. I never got the test results, they were not emailed to me. When I logged into my account with them the tests were registered correctly but there were no test results.

I sent them messages via their own website message form, they never replied. I sent them emails to their customer support email, they never replied. I called their "customer support" number maybe 50 times, it is always busy from 9 am to 6 pm, I never got through.

Now here is the icing on the cake, I know I had a working login account with them, I accessed it many times to register my samples and check for results, after about day 12 my account was disabled, I could no longer login. After checking my password etc. it said that my email address was invalid.

So I later (after 15 days) contacted my bank and got a refund as I never got any test results, I'm only posting this so that other people don't have to go through the same miserable, frustrating and time wasting experience that I had with this fraudulent POS company.

If you did not get your test results from this company I encourage you to contact your bank or credit card company and get a refund, we should not have to go through this sort of crap at a time of stress and worry.

Received Day 2 test kit promptly enabling me to complete Passenger Location form to return home, however have not received Day 2 test results 3 weeks after they received it. Still says “awaiting results” when logging in to account. No joy in phoning as no one answers. This company is recommended on the official UK Government travel website for Testing, I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THEM, and if I could report them for dishonest trading I would as they have not provided the service I paid for.

Booked a day 2 and day 8 test with this company. Received tests completed on day 2. Had to phone for my results and certificate was sent out. Completed day 8 test again had to phone for my results told them I needed to go out eventually got my results however the date on the certificate is the same as day 2! Don’t use this company if you want a reliable test result. Not certain they are even testing just sending out negative certificates!

I offer PCR tests through my practice.Having previously tried other 'partners' to provide tests and lab results the back up service I get from RT is excellent and caring and has
greatly assisted me in being able to provide with confidence.Thank You

Expectations were not high after reading the reviews, but they’re cheap and this is the situation the government have created. I ordered day 2 and day 5 tests in advance of leaving for holiday and took a few days to arrive which wasn’t a problem. Website portal easy enough to register tests, sent them off using prepaid envelope and results arrived in the early hours following day as advertised on both occasions. No complaints

RT Diagnostics delivered out test kits (day5) next day with clear instructions and a website that worked. The results came through 6am a day after they were received to their centre, so 2 days after I posted the samples. All as expected.

Awful get your money bk if u do try try them !!

I did send my 2nd day test of pcr, and today is 8th day and I haven't received the results. Everytime I call them to see when I am going to receive they lie to me saying on the next few hours. Never again. Avoid this company!

If I could give 0 star I would! I might as well have not bothered ! Came back from Portugal - tried several times by email and also hung on the phone for 52 minutes to get some advice for doing Day 2 tests. Did them alone and hoped for the best ! We got No results back - no contact other than standard set reply to all my emails - telling me to contact support and fill in our details , which I must have done at least 10 times! - I am now waiting -after requesting refunds of £168 for two sets of tests since 21st June ‘21 C Boxcer/ I Reed

Yet another Covid start-up preying on travellers required to buy PCR tests. Don’t believe a word of their sales literature. I ordered Day 2 & 8 tests, plus a Day 5 Test to Release PCR test. All arrived promptly. However, having returned the Day 2 test, no results have been received. Nor have they replied to my web enquiry. So looks like the 24hr turnaround is about to become 48hrs….and who knows, maybe even longer. Hopeless.

The worst experience. I never got my results. My daughter yes. They don't answer the phone and hardly answer the emails.
Don't recommend. Trying to get refunds but I doubt I'll succeed.
