Don’t You Dare Buy Their Wigs
Worst wig company of all because they’re advertised as if they’re selling high-quality, high-fashioned wigs, but the hair bunches and tangles after the first wash. This company made me lose faith in influencers. I purchased two wigs at once. The first two weeks were beautiful. After the first wash, I could no longer wear them. I’m a person who knows how to take care of wigs, so this was highly disappointing.

Purchased many wigs over the years
Purchased many wigs over the years. The price has gone up faster than inflation and other companies.
Quality used to be great but literally my last few wigs suffered from extreme toxic smell and were nice.
As another review stated - they are using so much chemical to get the hair nice and the smell 'never' washes away. I hated the smell it made the whole room/house stink. So god knows how you are meant to go out in public and not feel ashamed.
On my last few orders I always 'specified'. Please CHECK the hair before posting it and do not post it to me if it smells...cancel my order. That didn't work at all.
The very last order I said please also send me a photo of the hair before posting. They forgot to do so and it arrived stinking! There is no coordination between the website and whichever company they are buying from clearly. I don't know who their supplier is selling toxic wigs.
The 'special' shampoos they offered to wash to rid the smell did absolutely nothing. I tried everything from washing up liquids, fabric conditioners after trying normal scented shampoos etc.... the smell did not shift.
As a result the hair dried out due to constant washing and scrubbing to get this EXPENSIVE wig to work and became a MOP.
I wasted money on the wig.
Time emailing rpgshow complaining (they could have easily replaced it).
Time sprashing it with freshner.
I'd style it for work, head into a meeting and my hair bunched up. AWFUL and so embarrasing.
Haven't bought a wig since but did try to order a few times after and never can bring myself to it.
I know the wigs have one of the best hairlines but the hair ... the smell?

I purchased a custom wig that cost me close to 600. When I received it, I didn't look at it right away, big mistake. I opened it about 2 months later. The smell was horrible, smelled like a locker room. I washed that wig with numerous stuff, washed it over 10 times and the smell was still there. Then there was a huge gap in the middle. The quality of the hair was perfect. So they agree to fix the situation, I thought they'd take the old wig and give me a new one, they sent me the same wig, but it is smaller. So now it does not fit and after 7 more washes the smell did go away, but now I have a fixed smaller wig.

Mixed Experience: Exceptional Lace, Disappointing Hair Quality
I had high hopes for this lace front wig, but I must admit my experience was somewhat mixed. Upon receiving the wig, I noticed an unpleasant odor, which prompted me to wash it immediately. Unfortunately, during the washing process, I observed significant breakage, especially at the ends. This issue worsened when I attempted to blow dry the hair.
My hairstylist suggested that the hair might be a blend of human and synthetic fibers, though I haven't verified this. Despite my efforts to care for the wig using serums and heat protectants, the hair remained prone to frizz, shedding, and tangling. It's possible that the bleaching process may have compromised the hair's integrity.
On a positive note, the lace on this wig was truly exceptional. It was light, seamless, and nearly undetectable - perhaps the best lace I've encountered on a wig. This quality alone warranted three stars in my rating.
While I had hoped to find an affordable alternative to my usual wig supplier, I ultimately returned to my regular choice. I sincerely hope the company can improve their hair quality to match the excellence of their lace. If they do, I would gladly consider them for future purchases, as I buy wigs frequently.
I share this review with the hope that it might contribute to product improvements, potentially offering wig enthusiasts like myself another reliable option in the future.

Disappointing
The wig itself is OK (I think), however, the reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because:
1. It literally took 3 months for me to receive my wig, NO JOKE! Yes, I did select the option where I needed the "fake scalp color" added, however, this still doesn't make sense for a 3 month wait. I literally ordered a custom wig from another company 3 days ago, and it is due to arrive this week. So, I'm definitely UPSET about this company taking so long. I couldn't even use the wig for the reason I purchased it because the wig came way after my event.
2. The "fake scalp" addition not only made my order take longer (allegedly), but it actually ruined my wig. Why? Well, the lace itself was nice, and fit nicely onto my head, giving it that natural look. HOWEVER, the "fake scalp" looked OBVIOUS. Compared to the lace, the color was orange, and you can't see it indoors, but when you go outside, EVERYONE can see this orange patch right next to my hairline in the middle part section. This made the wig totally embarrassing to wear and so honestly? I stopped wearing it after my first use.
Now, I wouldn't be so upset, but paying over $800 for this wig and the customisations, and waiting 3 months to receive it, to then NOT being able to wear it because it just looks fake near my hairline, is so utterly disappointing. I wish I could get this refunded and I could return it.
I can't review the lifespan/quality of the wig because I only wore it once due to the issues listed above, so if you're looking for a review on that, I cannot help. However, I do not think my wig was custom made. The wig was tight on my head and gave me a headache after a while of wearing it, which is NOT ACCEPTABLE considering I waited 3 months for them to complete the unit.
Order was placed beginning of Feb 2024, and I received my wig in the beginning of May 2024. 3 MONTHS!
