Today I feel so much lighter and less stressed after finally signing the lease agreement.
I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude. Roythrones were not even my solicitors—they were acting for my landlord—but I was in such a difficult situation and needed help badly.
Honestly, many people in that position might have become fed up or turned me away. But when I reached out to Kelly Eager, she showed such kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help that I truly struggle to put it into words.I tend to panic when it comes to official paperwork, and usually my daughter handles these things for me. But with her busy preparing for her final exams, I had no one to rely on—and that made everything even more overwhelming.

I cannot recommend Amanpreet along with Gina highly enough, from start to finish, the entire process of selling my home was handled with clear cut professionalism, efficiency and diligence that actually surprised me based on other experiences. Communication was always concise and timely, the phone from her side was picked up I think on all occasions, every question I had was answered promptly, and every step was explained that had left me reassured that my side through them was getting the job done.

I actually look back and believe they kept the whole transaction running smoothly than if some other legal firm was dealing with it.

Thanks to their expertise and attention, the sale progressed far more quickly and easily than I expected where I have zero doubt that other firms would have failed or cause unnecessary delay.

I’m incredibly grateful for all their hard work, and would articulate to others that my perception of them is simply outstanding, I strongly recommend dealing with them to ensure any valuable transaction to ensure it gets the attention it deserves when rubber meets tarmac in a house sale or purchase right till completion.

Roythornes was recommended to me, and I am so glad I chose to go with them, in spite of being aware that other more local solicitors are available. I have already recommended Roythornes to several acquaintances.

Posting a negative review is important if it reflects honest opinions based on personal experience. My experience is very bad with Roythornes because we initially agreed payments 3,000, but it come to over 9,000 and still not enough. I probably would not complain if theirs knowledge will lead to success ( planning appeal) they assure me that we will win and we have to win; surprisingly we did not.
If your case is about planning application, or appeal I do not recommend Roythornes it is waste of time and money.

Initially quoted a fee but final costs were significantly higher, the work completed was as agreed at outset. Very disappointing and the fee marked a c40% uplift from agreement at start.

Avoid using these solicitors. In the process of buying a house and now they have our money, they have been useless! Very unprofessional, never answer the phone or emails. Absolutely impossible to get in touch with which is causing us a lot of stress during an already stressful time. We are so angry and just wish we had gone with a different solicitor.

AVOID at all costs - unless you don’t mind chasing every week for 2 years for a document that should’ve been produced 5 years ago when I purchased my house. Talat and Tia avoid the phone like the plague, and have as of the last 6 months avoided every email also. I have not been able to sell, or remortgage due to this and subsequently lost out on our dream home- we didn’t even get so much as an apology for this. Please use your money elsewhere and avoid this company like they avoid their customers.

Had a customer not paying their bill. Contacted Roythorne's with a view to enlisting them to chase it up, as stated on their webside how they "like to help" with non-paying customers. Didn't even bother to respond.
Roythorne's are no better than the customers who refuse to pay.
