Extra Thick 4cm Top Teak Oval 180-240cm Garden Furniture Set
I have just taken delivery of my new "Extra Thick 4cm Top Teak Oval 180-240cm Garden Furniture Set" and it is excellent. I placed my order on Tuesday morning and it was delivered just three days later. The delivery arrived very well packaged with plenty of protection to prevent damage in transit. Many thanks to the delivery team from Higher Jump Logistics who carried the set to my back garden because it was heavy. It took me a short while to assemble to table but the fitting were provided and instructions very clear. The set is superb quality and my experience with Royal Finesse has been first class.

The good and the not so good...
The good parts: this is a nice, well-made product; contact with the organisation is easy and they were always very pleasant.
The bad parts: you pay FULL price up-front – which is not great if they have a fire or go bankrupt. Also I was kept waiting a full 7 weeks before it eventually arrived. I found their web-site misleading about this (4-6 weeks) and I was told when I initially inquired that (if it was in stock – which it obviously wasn't – it would be with me in 2 weeks). So I suspect they are perhaps a little less than transparent about this.
Would I buy from them again? It has to be a no because similar products can be had more reliably and with less risk.

We have a standard lead time on our site, which is generally 1-2 weeks unless stated. Any deviation to our standard lead times are shown at the top of the product description. We are also on hand to provide any clarity at the time of purchase for future reference. The lead times are provided as our best estimate at the time of purchase. However, we appreciate that there were some unforeseen delays in this case that impacted the lead time of the items you purchased. Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service - been trying, over past few weeks, to get dimensions of table with chairs pushed in when not in use, and now product is out of stock.
Phone line don’t seem to answer queries directly and offers call backs but can’t give time slots - tried twice.
Email answers / live chat have been inaccurate and repetitive but don’t answer the query being asked. Resorted to drawing a sketch of what I was looking for but apparently dimensions aren’t known.
All very polite, but not particularly useful.
