Having been let down by both British Gas and home serve, these people promptly sent an engineer to service my boiler. They were on time and communicated properly both on email and the engineer called me 35 minutes before he was going to arrive so that I could get back to work and not miss much. The job was then completed in an hour and certification photos and a report sent back the same day.

So far, I am seriously impressed with this company and wish more companies could behave like this. Well done to Royal Boiler services.

After being let down by another company Andrew arranged for an engineer to call within a week. Anthony arrived promptly at the expected time. (Immaculately dressed in his company uniform his white van gleaming in the morning sun). His presentation of the company and explanation of the service inspired confidence.( Loved the photographic record of the service.)

Excellent service. Anthony came to complete the annual service and his first comment was he could smell oil. I had noticed it in the morning when the boiler first started but obviously had got used to the smell during the day. Anthony quickly identified the problem a leak on the incoming filter which was located under the kitchen cupboard and very inaccessible. Scrawling under the cupboard he attempted to tighten the threads up which seemed to stop the drip. But on checking after he had finished the service there was still a small leak. Undeterred he managed to remove the whole of the filter, clean it out and then refit it and stopped the leak. A big thank you to Anthony for his dogged perseverance and I will not be beaten approach. 10 out of 10. See you next year Anthony.

My dad's neighbour recommended this company when dad's boiler broke down and I'm glad he did. I called them on Monday and the engineer was there first thing next morning. He quickly diagnosed the fault as being with the oil supply rather than the boiler and by the afternoon had sourced the necessary replacement part,returned and fitted it . The boiler was checked to make sure it was working and I was kept informed every step of the way via phone calls and photos.
The report that they issued was extremely comprehensive and the price very ,very reasonable. The whole experience was positive,from Ben's helpfulness on arranging the job to Haydn's efficiency and professionalism on carrying out the work. They were absolutely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

From booking over the phone to the prompt attendance of the engineer to the very thorough and tidy job that was done, I could not have been more IMPRESSED! Efficient, polite, prompt and brilliant prices. Found the company online and just called. Very happy. THANK YOU!
