Rang customer service twice after waiting in a Que for 20mins it hung up had to ring again and wait 20mins
Sent tracking details with tracking information.
Told the customer service Needed to product before this Saturday for my partners birthday we are going skiing in Italy. They didn’t care…said it might turn up it might be next week.
Will not shop with them again..unreliable and simply don’t care

Customer service is so bad I have had to use charge back with my bank to get my refund for item that was never delivered. Do not shop with them.

Not sure what happened with them. They used to be reliable. Returned an item that was super misrepresented on website pictures and description and it’s been three weeks since the tracking says they received it and still no refund or answer customer service emails.

Ik had een blouse en broek besteld duurde wel wat langer dan normaal, moest er zelf om vragen dus na 1,5 week kwam het binnen. De broek was tekort heb het teruggestuurd half december. Tot op heden nog geen geld terug gekregen. Ze reageert ook niet op mail of dm. Na mijn review toch mijn geld terug gekregen. Dus het kan wel maar leuk is het niet op deze manier.

Quando sono arrivate a casa ho scoperto purtroppo solo dopo aver fatto un breve tratto di strada che il 36 corrisponde invece ad un 23. Ho chiesto la sostituzione poiché l’errore non é stato il mio. Io ho controllato la taglia era 36 e l’ho calzato. Purtroppo il mezzo cm non te ne accorgi se lo calzi da fermo ci devi camminare. Trovo molto scorretto questo comportamento dell’azienda.

I wish I had read all the reviews below before I ordered twice from Roxy. Order # 12051676 - placed on 6/12/24 still not arrived from their warehouse in Leicester and DPD their useless chosen courier shows on their tracking it was returned to sender on 16/12/24. I reordered as it was part of a themed surf present for my daughter for Xmas - exactly same thing happened. Yet no refund from Roxy. Their customer service email from "Alice" claims it's still on the way. I got dog food delivered by DPD all the time - get correspondence and text updates and delivery in 2 days. I am starting to think this is a scam??? Are they even using DPD??? The most ridiculous online shopping experience I have ever had - would give zero stars if I could.

Mijn bestelling is nooit bezorgd. Bezorgservice verwees me contact op te nemen met Roxy om een onderzoek te starten naar het pakket. 2 contactformulieren verder en 2 weken wachten, nog steeds geen antwoord gekregen. Geen tegemoetkoming, geld terug, niks. Nog nooit zo’n slechte service ervaren. Er is ook geen telefonische klantenservice aanwezig. Nooit meer bij Roxy bestellen, echt een hele erge afrader.

J’ai acheté des bottes après-ski Roxy, séduite par les caractéristiques annoncées sur le site : imperméabilité, isolation jusqu’à -40°C, et une conception robuste adaptée aux conditions hivernales. Malheureusement, dès les premières semaines d’utilisation normale (balades sur sol sec, herbe humide et goudron), les bottes ont perdu leur imperméabilité, et la semelle a commencé à se décoller.

J’ai signalé ces problèmes au service client avec des photos à l’appui, mais ma demande de remplacement ou de remboursement a été rejetée. Leur argument : il s’agirait d’une “négligence” de ma part, alors que j’ai suivi un usage tout à fait normal et conforme aux conditions d’utilisation du produit.

Les bottes n’ont même pas tenu deux mois, et elles sont inutilisables avant même le début de la saison hivernale. C’est inadmissible pour un produit censé être de qualité et conçu pour la neige.

Je suis extrêmement déçue par le manque de considération et l’absence de solution proposée par Roxy. Si vous recherchez des bottes fiables pour l’hiver, je vous recommande de passer votre chemin.

I bought a bathing suit instore, because it’s supposed to have good quality. After only 3 wears the fabric is run down so I obviously wanted a refund, I was within the return time. As I am traveling, I will not return to the store I bought it in and there are no other stores nearby where I could go to. Online customer service is offering me only a 30% off discount code for any full priced item, which I cannot use as I can’t wait for my package to arrive and is in my opinion not a suitable solution. They also won’t let me return it online. I really do not recommend buying instore items with them.

Apsolutley shocking. Order returned over 2 months ago and no refund issued. Lying bu...ds. Do not order from Roxy as they are theives, order ammount £52.

Terrible service, they sent me the wrong product and even tho I have tried contacting customer service I have yet not received an answer or the correct item

Whilst I like their clothes/products, they use shocking couriers so you place an order and wait over 2 weeks (and counting) for it…really?! Start using reputable couriers who don’t hold onto the order for ages!

Je confirme tous les avis négatifs ci-dessous.
Le 28 septembre 2024, je retourne un maillot de bain qui s’est avéré trop petit. Le 21 octobre, comme je vois que je ne suis toujours pas remboursée, je contacte la SAV qui me répond en moins de 24h que le retour n’a pas respecté leurs conditions, à savoir que les étiquettes ont été enlevées et que le maillot de bain a été porté. Et on me demande de payer 24€ si je voulais qu’on me renvoie l’article.
Je leur demande des preuves de ce qu’ils avancent puisqu’on m’accuse de mensonges, j’ai retourné l’article comme je l’avais reçu et dans son emballage d’origine. Et oui je l’ai essayé, ce qui n’est pas interdit dans leurs conditions de vente. Essayé un article 30 secondes ne signifie pas le porter. Bref on me fait patienter 14 jours le temps de faire des recherches soi disant, mais depuis, silence radio de la SAV malgré 3 mails de relance. Aujourd’hui, pas de maillot de bain et j’ai perdu 60€ dans la nature.
Comment Roxy, marque d’un grand groupe Boardriders/Beaumanoir, puisse se comporter de cette manière ?
Attention donc si achetez sur le site de Roxy. Je n’ai jamais expérimenté un service client aussi incompétent.

Blufföretag som lurar kunder med Roxys varumärke. Går inte att nå, man får ingen bekräftelse på varken betalning eller beställning. Köp ingenting här! Kommer anmäla!

Pésimo servicio, no ha llegado un pedido de 700 euros en dos bultos con 3 neoprenos y dos pares de escarpines. Llego reclamando un mes y medio y es imposible. Seur dice que lo puedo reclamar yo no aceptan reclamaciones de terceros solo Roxy puede ayudarme. Por favor me pueden ayudar a obetener los datos de a quien entregan el paquete dado que no me los quieres dar y así denunciar en policía a Seur. ?? O hago primero denuncia en policía? Gracias

Very bad from the start, items arrived nearly 2 weeks late, no replies from customer service in Europe, glitchy shit website meaning i couldn't even get a return label. Im so tired of typing this story to customer service that won't go into details. I considered them a normal well established company and it didn't even occur to me to look for reviews. They suck, I'd stay away from the European branch

Wenn es weniger Sterne geben würde,dann würde ich Null Sterne geben!!!!
Ich weiß nicht wie oft ich den Kundenservice in den letzten Tagen kontaktiert habe damit man mir bei einer Rücksendung behilflich wird.Man hat das Gefühl, es ist gewollt das der Kunde nicht damit zurecht kommt und auf eine Rücksendung verzichtet schließlich war es ja Vorkasse.Es ist nicht so, das ich völlig ahnungslos bin und nicht weiß wie eine Rücksendung funktioniert denn genau das selbe Problem hatte ich schon mehrmals.Erst nach mehreren Beschwerden wurde mir geholfen.Ich habe mehrere Fotos gemacht um nachzuweisen das es keinen Butten gibt um das Rücksendelabel auszudrucken.
Ich werde diesen Shop meiden, man kann die Kunden nur warnen-das Geld ist weg!!

I ordered 3 items from this company (expensive ski wear) on the 30th September 24) . I needed to return 2 items. When I tried to do this , it stated that they needed to be returned within 30 days with the latest return being the 11th August!! ( before I even bought them ) . I’ve tried emails and multiple phone calls to try to sort this out but no one picks up . I would never order from this company again.
