Service client catastrophique, irrespectueux avec ses clients et même voleur!!! Je pensais ne pas avoir de chance mais lorsque je vois le nombre d'avis négatif depuis au moins 2023, je constate toujours les mêmes problèmes, similaires au miens et il faut donc se rendre à l'évidence, Roxy est à bannir, du moins en France et par correspondance car leur service client ne résout rien, est de mauvaise fois et ment afin d'éviter quelques efforts.1ère commande livrée en relais, il manquait un article et malgré mes réclamations, Roxy n'a jamais renvoyé l'article manquant alors que le carton était intact donc c'était bien un oubli de leur part. Là j'ai 2 commandes (cette fois j'ai pris Colissimo) que je n'ai jamais reçu, le livreur les a mis en dehors de la boîte ce qui est contraire à la livraison colissimo, la Poste a reconnu ses tords et pourtant cela fait des jours (depuis le 21 mai) que j'écris à la Poste pour avoir des preuves pour Roxy qui n'a aucun problème à traiter ses clients de menteurs et qui prétend que des photos prises avec un iPhone et envoyées depuis un Mac en taille réelle ne sont pas de qualité suffisante pour être ouvertes... Venant d'une marque comme Roxy c'est scandaleux d'autant que dans les autres pays, le service client est efficace et agréable. Ce ne sont ni plus ni moins que des escrocs qui dès qu'ils ont l'argent se permettent de prendre leurs clients pour des dindons, ça fait 2 semaines que je les contacte tous les jours, ils ne répondent que rarement et refusent de faire une réclamation à la Poste (qui l'a demandé puisque c'est l'expéditeur qui peut prétendre à une indemnisation), du moins prétend refuser pour éviter de rembourser mais qui a en réalité tous les éléments pour être 2 fois gagnant quand leur client reste sans commande et sans indemnité! Une honte!!!!!!! Certaines instances avec un pouvoir répressif devraient mettre leur nez dans cette boîte... Moi qui adorais cette marque, force est de constaté qu'il faut la bannir :-(

El 20/4 realicé un pedido de un pantalón de neopreno y un top a juego que me enviaron casi inmediatamente. Cuando llegó a casa me faltaba el top. Me puse de inmediato en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente y me respondieron un correo tipo en el que decían que lo comprobarían con la fábrica y me dirían algo. Cuatro días más tarde les escribo de nuevo porque no sé nada y me urge porque tengo un viaje y nadie me contesta. Pongo hoy otra reclamación pidiendo un reembolso puesto que he tenido que adquirir otro top y me vuelven a enviar la respuesta tipo a la que respondo. De nuevo, nada…

They gave the item to courier way too late. They responded late, told me to reject the package once it arrives and they told it before they dispatched the item they could simply cancel the puchase!. Postman left the package on my door when I am not at home. I didn't choose this delivery option beforehand.
I ended up needing to buy another pair of ski gloves and ski garments because products arrived after my ski trip. They run this businness very poorly. I am someone who often leaves 5 stars almost never 4 or less but conguragulations to them they reached another level. Long story short don't trust this website.

Von der zurück geschickten Ware nur die Hälfte erstattet bekommen.
Reklamationen weil Ware kaputt werden überhaupt nicht bearbeitet.

Having an awful experience trying to get hold of anyone in customer services.
Order turned up missing items, have sent numerous email forms (seems to be the only way to contact them) and no response whatsoever! I thought Roxy were a good company? Don’t order from them.

Zero customer service from Roxy Europe. Literally being staffed by a single chat bot. Zero response to any email or contact form submission. They sent out incorrect items x2 which have been sent back. They have received the parcels according to Evri and only partially refunded me for one out of the three items sent back. Every email and chat is being ignored.

Terrible customer service!
The order came really badly finished, with the threads coming undone at the neck of the product. Contacted customer services to ask to return for a refund or exchange. They replied 2 weeks later! At which point, I was due to go on holiday the next day and needed the product so it was too late to get a new one. They told me it was just the finish of the product - which quite frankly is a terrible finish and I have no other clothes like this. Said I could return it, but due to them dragging their heels responding it was too late. Ended up having to sew the product myself to try and fix it. Would never buy from them again and really do expect better from such a well known company. Avoid them!

J'ai commandé un masque de ski cat 1-3 et j'ai reçu le bon masque avec le mauvais écran. J'ai essayé de les contacter pour changer l'écran et la seule réponse que j'ai eu après une semaine c'est : vous pouvez retourner le produit sous 30 jours après commande. Je voulais pas retourner le produit, juste échanger l'écran pour celui que j'ai commandé de base. Pas de réponse à ce jour. Une galère pour se mettre en contact avec eux. Service client inefficace

I ordered several swimsuits at a discounted price so i was super stoked! Unfortunately, 2 months later - no swimsuits. They did say they would refund me but disappointed with no suits and they can't fill my order again.

Horrible la expereciencia, compré en octubre 2024, en marzo 2025 aún no recibí mi traje de surf!! Claramente una estafa! Hay gente que dice que le devolvieron el dinero, por favor dejen los correo y teléfono para reclamar.

No compren online no hay manera de devolver!!! Lean los comentarios, son todos ciertos. Tardan mucho en llegar los pedidos y no puedes devolver porque la página te da vueltas a enlaces y te da error constantemente. Son un fraude.
Después de decenas de llamadas y mensajes conseguí devolver el artículo pero a pesar de que tengo el recibo de que este llegó a su almacén, no me devolvieron el dinero (Casi 100 euros). Llevo meses mandando uno o dos mensajes al día reclamando el importe. El funcionamiento de esta empresa es indignante. Espero que la cierren pronto.

I ordered a pair of snow pants size small from Roxy and paid $279 Canadian dollars. Their website said it would be delivered within 5-10 days. Instead, it took 21 days. The small size is too big and I will never wear the pants, so I tried to contact customer service via phone and email to request their mailing address so I could exchange for a smaller size. After sending 5 messages, today I finally get a reply saying they NO longer do exchanges. Needless to say that they have lost a customer. They only seem to want to make money but do not care about customer satisfaction. Think twice before ordering anything online ROXY online.!

I returned a wetsuit and did not received a refund and have been trying to contact Roxy for over a month with messages & emails with no reply. Also I have phoned 5 times and have been cut off after 15 minutes of waiting every time.
This is appalling customer service & feel like I’ve been ripped off as there doesn’t seem to be a way to retrieve my money.

Falsche Ware. Bilder sehr Täuschend und nicht als Zweiteiler erstsichtbar. (Wusch einTeiler). Kundenservice klapp mit Wartezeit per Mail. Telefonisch keinen Rückruf bekommen. Gratis zurückgeben nur über einen "laden" in CH Sion (bei Maps aber als Dauerhaft geschlossen) und nur 1 Filiale in Berlin? Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten trotz Falschsendung. Ich hoffe ich bekomme wenigstens mein Geld wieder. ROXY so verliert man Kunden!!!

Estafa en Chile // Cyber Septiembre 2024
La página de Roxy Chile tiene un duplicado exactamente igual; en pesos chilenos y los mismos artículos, fotos la misma gráfica, pues es una estafa. Yo compré una parka el año pasado en septiembre, he escrito a Roxy Chile ya que tenía otras compras anteriores donde no tuve ningún problema, se hicieron los desentendidos ya que el número de orden no concordaba con ninguno de ellos, nunca más me respondieron. Han pasado 6 meses y la página de la estafa sigue funcionando. No les compro nunca más, Yo perdí USD100, uds perdieron una buena clienta.

Ich habe eine Jacke retourniert. Allein das Auffinden der Rücksendeunterlagen hat viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Habe die Ware via Hermes ordnungsgemäß zurück an Roxy geschickt und dann ist nix passiert. Keine Eingangsbestätigung, wie man es von anderen Onlineshops gewohnt ist. Nach einigen Emails meinerseits kam schließlich eine Antwort: Ich sollte eine eidesstattliche Erklärung abgeben über die versendete Retoure. Und wieder passierte lange nichts. Das Geld 300 Euro ist weg, nichts als Ärger und kein Ende in Sicht. Dieser Shop ist ein großer Betrug! Auf gar keinen Fall dort etwas bestellen!

Costumer service is shit. Emailed multiple times to ask for help with a return, and never heard back. Wanted to return 2 pairs of shoes but their return portal is from date of purchase and not date of received. It's absolute bullshit.
