I received my order very quickly and it was beautifully and safely wrapped. Inside was a lovely thank you note ( it means as much to customers who will spend a bit more for quality to be recognised for it as it does to the curators of such beautiful items, that we buy them).
The lovely artwork postcard also brought much joy

Beautiful product
I really liked how the bathroom bin wasn’t completely open and had a lid with a smaller hole so that you cannot totally see the contents inside. Size is perfect - not too small and not too big. Very well made. More than I was planning to spend on a bathroom bin but I can see it’s going to last a lifetime. Fast shipping as well.

Lovely designs
Lovely designs, purchased a brass candleholder which arrived chipped and scratched which you wouldn't expect given the price, but they sent a replacement quickly. This was also chipped but not as badly, and I didn't have to return the first one so now we have two which look used but still nice, so over all not a bad experience.

Best in show !
From the moment of our first enquiry all the way through to the delivery (which they were very accommodating to reschedule several times !) R&W were great to deal with. It felt like we were dealing with the people who were engaged in the craft as well as those who were selling in onwards.
The quality of the craftsmanship is also superb and I can tell there is a lot of care and love put in to their work. Quality control should be at the core of a company like this so it’s great to see it being exercised.

Hi Argo, thank you for your feedback and it truly means a lot - 'Best in show!' is high praise indeed. I can't track down your order information to check, but we are always happy to work with our couriers to rearrange a delivery if a planned date no longer works.
It's lovely to hear your comments on the craftmanship; we are a small company and everyone is involved at every stage. We honestly feel we are selling our own - not others' products - on, and it's wonderful that has been reflected in your experience with us.

Wonderful quality and design
Each of the dozen or so purchases I have made with Rowen and Wren has resulted in a beautiful and lasting addition to my surroundings. Quality is always wonderful, design better if anything than expected - the company is a delight to deal with.

Beautiful door furniture
Antique brass door furniture was beautiful with a substantial feel and subtle colour. Also beautifully packaged and arrived promptly. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was because the fixings were chrome in colour, not antique brass.
