I had a very disappointing experience with Rotimatic.
I placed my order in late November and was told delivery would take 8–10 weeks. Instead, the machine did not arrive until early April—nearly 18 weeks later. During the delay, Rotimatic sent communications stating that customers could cancel if delivery was significantly delayed. Based on that, I contacted customer service in March and requested to cancel my order due to the extended delay and poor communication.
After multiple back-and-forth emails, I was first offered a $100 credit, which I declined because I simply wanted a refund. On April 13, Rotimatic confirmed that my refund would be processed and that I would receive it within 30 days. Unfortunately, the refund was not received as promised, and communication became increasingly difficult.
To make matters worse, once the machine arrived, it stopped working and the screen would not power on despite troubleshooting attempts.
My frustration is not just with the product itself, but with the combination of delayed delivery, inconsistent customer service, and the failure to follow through on refund commitments. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Rotimatic and would encourage potential buyers to carefully consider the risks before purchasing.
Horrible experience with the rotimcatic…
Horrible experience with the rotimcatic next machine. It broke just in a few months and started showing never ending problems which customer support or tech support could not solve even after several calls. We are chasing them for last 2 months, but now they have stopped responding to emails or messages on app. No way to talk to someone on phone directly. We are stuck with a costly, bulky, and useless box.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rotimatic Next and would not recommend this product to anyone.
I bought the Rotimatic Next around 6 months ago. The first unit stopped working within a month, so I had to return it. I gave the company another chance, but now the replacement unit has also failed. This time the dough catcher broke and the machine stopped working again.
For such an expensive product, the quality is very poor. It feels like the product has not been properly tested before being sold to customers. A machine at this price should be reliable, especially when people are buying it to make daily cooking easier.
The worst part is the after-sales support. When the machine broke again, I tried to get help, but instead of supporting me properly, their support stopped responding and appears to have blocked me. Even though the product is still under warranty, I am not getting the support I should be getting.
This has been a complete waste of money, time, and energy. If something goes wrong, do not expect proper support. Based on my experience, Rotimatic Next is unreliable, poorly built, and backed by very poor customer service.
I strongly advise people to think carefully before buying this product. It may look convenient, but if it breaks, you could be left with an expensive machine that does not work and a company that refuses to help.
Rotimatic is a trap. Don't fall for it
Don’t fall into the Rotimatic trap. I’ve been waiting for a replacement unit for the past 6 months despite multiple follow-ups and even escalating the issue to the CEO. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received any meaningful update on the replacement.
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I purchased it hoping for peace of mind and convenience, but it has turned into the opposite. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before buying. Terrible customer support and overall experience.
Worst service and bad machines
Had this rotimatic since the last 4 years and most of the time it is sitting useless with parts broken or waiting for replacement parts to arrive from Singapore. The last part that I ordered, I am still waiting for the last 3 months and reaching out to the customer service does not help as they are nonexistent. If this machine was not this costly I would have dumped it in the trash within the first year.

Their customer service is deceptive, their logistics are non-existent, and they do not deliver the brand-new product you pay a premium for.Here is my 8-month nightmare timeline with this company:Delays & Broken Promises: I ordered and started paying for my machine in October 2025. Promised a December delivery, I didn’t receive it until January 2026 after endless delays and lies on chat support.Sent a USED, Dirty Machine: Within 48 hours of unboxing, I filed a complaint. The machine arrived scratched, faded, and physically dirty with flour residue inside. It was clearly a refurbished or used unit passed off as brand new.Health Hazards: During initial use, plastic particles were shedding from the dough-maker area. The threat of microplastic contamination in my food is a massive safety risk they completely hide from buyers.Trapped Beyond the Return Window: I actively complained and begged for a return, but their support team intentionally dragged out "troubleshooting" and delayed responses. Once they finally agreed to an exchange, they used their own delays to claim I was past my 30-day return window.Ghosted for Months: They supposedly shipped a replacement in February 2026. For nearly three months after, they completely ghosted me. No shipping updates, no replies to emails or app messages—even when I escalated the issue to their founders and senior leadership. They only responded once I was forced to initiate a bank chargeback.The Bottom Line:I have been paying for this machine for eight months and I still do not have a working, brand-new product. They trap your money, send sub-par equipment, and completely ignore you until legal or financial action is taken. I placed my order on 20 February 2026…
I placed my order on 20 February 2026 and was given a delivery date of 1 May. While the wait was quite long, I was reassured that at least a delivery date had been provided.
Towards the end of April, I received an email and video message from customer support. The video featured the CEO, Pranoti, explaining the reasons for a delay and informing customers that delivery dates would be adjusted. When I checked my order status, the new delivery date was listed as 17 May, which seemed reasonable.
Unfortunately, this is where the problems began. The revised delivery date of 17 May came and went with no update whatsoever. Due to the delays, I was assigned a dedicated concierge support representative, but despite reaching out, I received no response. I also contacted Rotimatic support through their chat service on four separate occasions, sent three emails, and even emailed the CEO directly. None of these attempts received a response. I also tried contacting them via WhatsApp, again without success.
At this point, I feel I have only two options: either cancel the order, if the company is willing to acknowledge my request, or contact my credit card provider. Based on my experience, it appears that the company is taking customers' money without fulfilling orders or providing adequate communication regarding delays.

The worst experience I have ever had and still having in my life with Rotimatic. Bought the machine 3 months ago and from day one..from the first start its giving residual error on start. click three times and it dissappears. Bad Product. Customer care no respinse. Had couple of meetings and they are not able to fix it. Not triggering return for it. Almost impossible to connect to support team. I am very surprized how this company is surviving. Looks like I wasted my $2000 on this product. I would highly recommend to people dont buy this product. it needs lot of improvement and above all professionalism.
Order cancelled by rotimatic, but no notification or refund
I ordered rotimatic NEXT on 13th March 2026. The expected delivery date was 21st May 2026, but there was no response after many follow-up closer to the expected delivery date. The order# is 8174. After 21st May 2026, the expected delivery date was changed to 28-30th May 2026. The support person finally came back saying that they need some more unspecified time. When I check the order status, it was showing "Cancelled". When followed up again, now support person is saying in their system the order is still active, but still as of today I can see order status as "Cancelled". When it is cancelled by them I did not get any notification nor any refund. I ordered this based on my colleague feedback earlier and thought of an Indian entrepreneur and support them. Now I am in big trouble, the machine is not delivered and no refund.

Save your money— the Rotimatic is…
Save your money— the Rotimatic is overpriced and simply not worth it. Customer service is non-existent, so don’t expect help if something goes wrong. Making rotis by hand is honestly faster and more reliable. My machine has two serious flaws: the heating plate won’t warm up properly, and the dough constantly gets stuck and won’t drop into the pan. Strongly advise against buying.

2000 Dollars machine, Such incompetent, ineffecient and unprofessional service.
-- I ordered their machine in April. Paid extra for faster delivery as it was a gift. It never arrived. It still says "under quality check". They never sent any update. No information.
-- So what would a normal person do? Contact them. And no matter how you contact them; Email, App, Phone; I always got an automated AI response. As if they made a wall for stupid customers just to keep them busy.
-- Finally, one email was received with "Concierge service". With that you receive a call. You tell them everything, and it is just a customer service guy in Vietnam that has no power. Standard stuff.
-- Kept promising two weeks it will be shipped. Just lies.
-- And for this bad customer experience, they offer extra warranty. Now who wants more and more warranty for a product that they haven't received. And on top of that, they are so incompetent before I received the machine, I can only imagine how bad they would be in post-sales.
-- While all of this is happening, I see a sale on their website for selling more machines on discnounted price.
-- And now no response from them.
-- This company should be closed. It is just inept.

1 star - Only because I can’t go any lower. The most obnoxious and worthless customer service I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. It’s been 3 months and I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved. After a million messages/emails to them I get the same reply asking for my details every 3-4 weeks and then nothing. This is the first time ever that I have written a negative review about anything so it speaks to how disappointing and disgusting the service been. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. Horrible Experience
This is our second time buying a Rotimatic, as we believed the new model would provide us with another great experience. Unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience so far. The rotis are not cooking properly, even at the highest settings, they are coming out completely raw.
We requested a service appointment to fix the issue, but no one showed up, and the support team has not been cooperative. After such a long wait, we are extremely dissatisfied with both the product performance and customer service.
