Hi well the store itself may be ok, but using the St Lawrence car park should be a deterrent to all.You will get a £100 fine from Napier Parking if you cannot get the technology to work even if you leave the car park immediately .Most stores disasociate themselves from the parking company with blah blah, however I will never use Roomes again or any store with similar issues.

The sales exec Tony was incredibly helpful and gave us so much time and advice picking our suite and materials…. first rate customer service.

Purchased four dining chairs from this excellent store. Helped by Tony Neill who was very helpful didn’t rush us and explained different options. We have purchased lots of goods from this store over the last 25 years and always found them to be friendly professional and good value.

We are totally indebted to Holly Ambrose who was fantastic in getting our home back together after a flood. We have never used an interior designer before, and didn't realise Roomes offered that service. Holly gave us the confidence to go with designs we would never have followed through on our own, she listened and suggested. We now have an amazing new-look home which we absolutely love! We can't recommend Holly highly enough.

I came into Roomes Bed Department for some advice re:pillows and helping to improve the quality of my sleep. I had the pleasure of being served by Ricky and Suki who both were very patient as I tried many pillow options on several beds. I was advised regarding correct sleep posture and what would suit me personally.
I was very pleased that finally I have found a pillow to suit.
Thanks to both Sales staff as their knowledge and advice will hopefully help my restless nights be over moving forward!

We went to Roomes wanting to change our sofas, as we have found it to be a well presented store with a good range of furniture options. We were met by Tony in the furniture department who greeted us in a friendly and professional manner. He was very helpful and gave excellent advice, spending a considerable amount of time with us. He happily answered all of our questions and put our minds at rest. All in all a very positive experience, and have no hesitation in returning to the store for further items in the future.
