Rook Japan kept very good communication and was very supportive during the purchasing process. The watch purchased was a very rare one from a few years ago. It was in perfect working condition, shape and beautiful. This is my second purchase and both had gone swiftly!
An absolute pleasure to do business with Rook Japan! The transaction was smooth and communication was excellent. Of course with any transaction that involves a large amount of money being spent there’s always reluctance. But rest assured from the very beginning all questions were answered and the watch arrived in perfect new condition, packaged well, and shipped quickly. I highly recommend them and they have a good source watch selection towards those harder to find pieces.
Fantastic seller, very polite and the purchasing process was splendid. I highly recommend them and I will not hesistate to buy from them again. The watch was perfect, delivery was prompt and the packaging was excellent.
Recently purchased the srpa47j1 seiko zimbe watch. The watch is awesome. Seller provided good communications.
Good service and was packed well and sent on time . Great watch company to deal with and buy from . And I will buy again from them for sure.
I bought a rare limited edition watch from their website. After discussion where I was assured the watch is brand new with warranty, I receive the watch with a warranty card that gives a date 2y ago, so without warranty. This is not a reputable seller. Do not trust them with your money they will tell you the watch is under warranty where it is not. So don’t pay premium thinking the watch is « brand new with warranty »
Excellent – free shipping with tracking number, I would recommend this company to anyone.
I was pleasantly surprised when I Googled and found that they had a hard to find (discontinued) Seiko SBDB003 Spring Drive Landmaster. As they supposedly only had 2 available, I promptly bought one through their website. Payment was accepted and confirmation emailed to me. A day later they email "Your order #1075 was cancelled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order." What a bunch of time wasters!
At this time of writing, their website is still advertising the watch they don't have! Beware as this is a retailer which obviously couldn't give a toss about treating customers with respect or remedying their mistakes!!
