STAY AWAY, SITES A SCAM. Wouldn't let my mate withdraw his winnings ($900) without a bunch of BS conditions which aren't clearly outlined. (Having to wager your deposit by x3, Photo ID, Proof of Address, Proof of Payment) Also denied his request to receive just his deposit back ($500) rather then the winnings.

Additionally, when playing roulette we experienced multiple times where the full "winnings" amount were not deposited back into his online wallet.

There was no clear mention of any max bet rule on the bonus page or during activation - I deposited $1,000 and knew I had to wager $40,000 within just 3 days - An extremely short and intense deadline that required hours of playing.

Against all odds, I actually managed to complete the full wagering within that time frame, through long sessions and consistent effort. After building my balance to over $30,000, I requested a withdrawal. Only then did they email me and say I had violated a “max bet” rule of $5 per spin - A rule I had never seen or been warned about. It was hidden deep in a Terms & Conditions document on their site, completely disconnected from the bonus offer or in-game experience.

Anyway the system allowed me to place larger bets freely. I received no alerts, no restrictions, no in-game notices this only became an issue after I had completed their requirements and won. Even their own support team admitted the rule “may not be obvious enough.” That says it all. If a rule is important enough to confiscate five figures, it must be clearly stated and actively enforced – not buried and triggered retroactively.

This was extremely disappointing and feels misleading at best. I played fairly, followed every visible rule, completed the wagering under pressure, and still had my entire winnings taken away. I’ve submitted multiple complaints directly to Rollero, but received no real help - Only a generic “check the terms, see section 2.2” response. No accountability, no interest in resolving the issue. This kind of attitude, combined with unclear rules and retroactive enforcement, makes it clear to me that Rollero is not a trustworthy casino.

I strongly encourage others to stay away from Rollero Casino - If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
