Been with Roko a while now and love the energy and atmosphere of the gym. Good quality machines and equipment that you don't feel the person next to you is on top of you, varied classes and the staff are brilliant. Team always on hand to help with anything needed, very friendly and also using PT with Taylor which has really helped me start to achieve the goals I want. Can't recommend more and certainly wouldn't go anywhere else in the area (and have tried!)

Recently returned to Nottingham and got a weeks pass over Christmas. Thoroughly enjoyed the spin classes and range of free weights available. Coaches are great and the reception staff are always super friendly and helpful - special shout out Harry! Hopefully be back in the gym soon =)

Had my induction with Charlie who was very professional and a created a great gym program that really fits my need

The best thing I did in 2023 is joining ROKO. I attend several classes but really look forward for LBT class led by Sarah on Saturday. She is very friendly and gives options for all levels. She engages will with candidates and I love the music. At the end it feels like a good workout which is what we need.

The staff are brilliant always willing to help. All facilities are great an all round good atmosphere and a pleasant place to work out

Ive been coming in for guess passes for a few months now and I'm glad I've joined the manager Darrell seems to always have it under control and have a smile on his face. The rest of the staff are also lovely and enjoy going to the gym and made me feel like a second home

Everybody from the trainers to the front desks and cleaners everyone is polite and helpful.

Carla is an excellent instructor who is very interactive with her class. Routines and music are really good which makes thus class fun and enjoyable.

Lucie, was very friendly and made me feel really comfortable. She listened to the areas of where I wanted to worj on and catered exercises based on my ability and needs. Lucie was very patient showed; me how to set up all my equipment and it was actually fun setting up together. Explained and show each area of the body equimpent and method works on and how to use them. I even learnt about the "1-10 theory". Lucie was very knowledgeable and I felt supported. Lucien has built my confidence to use different areas within the gym and I look forward to her happy smile greeting on my visits.

I did a body combat class with Kara, it was my very first time, the class was good, at a great level and was done in such a way that you could push yourself more or less depending on your fitness level. Kara did it all with lots of enthousiasme, and I would definitely go again

I attended Harry's Thursday "My Zone" class, and I was happy with how patient, friendly and thorough he was. I am of a certain age where these things are important to me.

I've signed up for my second RokoFit (30 minutes programme and discussion with a trainer). I couldn't not book it over an app, but it was easy over a quick call.
My trainer turned out to be Lucie; I was looking for antenatal training, but it was not possible on the day. Lucie was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed having a conversation with her; she made me feel at ease. Thank you Lucie and the team.
