Charging for electric from 2022 in 2024 , still waiting for cctv, are rep has holidays every other week. Do not ever hire RMG! If you do get them , make sure you start to manage them out and run your own estate !
There is no point getting back to you as I have tried before and nothing happens this won’t be the last bad review from me or anyone with RMG

Terrible company, I pay a stupid amount every 6 months for service charge and nothing has been done. I’ve lived at my property for almost 3 years now and my intercom and windows has never been fixed although, I’ve mentioned it many times. My so called building manager never replies to my email, I’ve called their customer service so many times and they can’t even get in contact with her. All this company cares about is STEALING your money and DOING NOTHING TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS

I am appalled by the service that is supposed to be provided by RMG. We pay extortionate rates and for a terrible service. I have tried contacting RMG on several occasions over the 8 years I have lived in my property. These have always been for valid and important reasons, such as faulty fire alarms sounding for hours on end. The response time is always awful and the resolutions take ages, if acted upon at all! In my most recent communication I asked for the issue to be escalated and to speak with an area manager. This request was ignored and the faulty fire safety window is still constantly beeping (it’s now been over three weeks).

Waited well over a year for a response to a letter sent to them.
Followed up on many occasions, even had to go so far as to involve Property Ombudsman.
Eventually contacted them via Twitter and got them to investigate that way.
So many costs could have been avoided if they had communicated properly in the first instance.
Truly awful company to liase with.

UPDATE: Nothing has changed other than theyve put up a piece of paper in our building regarding fire safety.
I find it appalling that they charge the horrendous amount that they do, and they cant back up their expenditures either! Cleaners never turn up, gardeners never here, smoking bin never emptied, car park lines not painted for the past 4 years! pest control never contacted regarding rats, spiders have been complained about by quite a few residents over the years, no fire emergency control, lack of communication from RMG when contacted, inspections, I mean they don't do the inspections they supposedly have us pay for, our bin shed has had a change of code but was never updated and don't get me started on how rude their management guy is for our complex! (They've requested for me not to remove his name, but he is based in the Essex area).
We've forked out a fortune to receive nothing at our block. (Other than a piece of paper pinned to the wall about fire saftey, hope the printing ink wasnt too expensive!) Get out while you can!

I live at Horlicks Quarter and RMG London run our site and they are brilliant. The place is clean and well maintained and the staff are super friendly and are always running around helping residents. I called RMG customer services about my service charges and they too were very helpful.

RMG London look after the development that I have lived in for just over 2 years and they have been great. The onsite team here at Horlick Quarter are amazing, nothing is too much for them, their service is 2nd to none. I have called their office a few times and they have always been very helpful and have managed to answer my questions straight away.

I would rate RMG 0 stars if I could. We have had ongoing issues for years and nobody seems to be competent enough to provide a solution. Their staff don’t seem to care and are extremely unresponsive. Moldy walls, leaks through the roof, a lift that had no emergency button working for years before they told us…just to name a few. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Shambles of a company. The experience continues to get worse and worse. RMG ignore emails, don’t solve ANY problems and continue to disappoint time and time again. Not even worth 1 star.

I reported a building leak TWO YEARS AGO, which has caused sever water damage and black mould in my bedroom. The leak has caused medical issues for several building occupants. (My neighbour has it even worse than me - as well as dealing with mould and water damage, he has to put a bucket down to collect rainwater whenever it rains.)

Despite me sending over 50 emails over a two year period, to date no repairs have been undertaken by RMG. They have endless excuses for their inaction. But their conduct is inexcusable:

For example, it took almost a year for RMG to even arrange for a qualified contractor to inspect the damage to my flat, and they only provided a dehumidifier after I wrote to my MP!

Separately, early last year, they suspended the cleaning contract for the common areas of our building for 6 months without notifying any of the building occupants. And then ignored emails asking why the building was filthy.

Their MO is to ignore emails for weeks on end. And repeatedly when they have attended the property for an inspection they have done so in the middle of the working day without advance notice (and then given the excuse that noone was home!) I have raised 3 formal complaints per their published policy and written directly to their CEO Hugh Mcgeever and operations directors Jas Sidhu and Clare Corbett. Aside from the offer of a £50 'goodwill payment', this has made no difference to the appalling quality of service.

I would avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful money grabbing company, I own a flat and my expenses keep going up, even doubled in 6 months, I’ve called and called and get told something different every time, the staff don’t seem to be consistent in what they say, I’ve asked for my property manager to call as they won’t give me her work email to corespond with, I get told she will call within 24 hours and after a week I’m still waiting!

I have been working as one of RMG's suppliers for the past 5 years and have an excellent working relationship with them. All staff members are efficient, friendly, and professional, especially Adam Norwood and Edward Nunn!

I have worked with the RMG London team from Directors to the on-site staffing teams and have always been impressed with the attention to detail and service levels across the business.

I would highly recommend them!

Working as a contractor we have worked for RMG for many years across their sites including Beaufort Park, Chelsea Creek and Grand Union Wembley to name a few.

Building working relationships with some of the on site team, Adam, Jiwan and Alexandra we get to see first hand how hard Adam and his team work. From making sure all of the sites that they manage are compliant, run efficiently, and also keeping the residents happy.

RMG London are always on hand to help with any questions with quick response times.

We hope to continue working together for many years to come.

RMG are always responsive, and very approachable.
When requested for additional information, they are always quick to respond with whatever is needed.
The teams are a pleasure to deal with.

After six years of escalating costs, our new RTM appointee managed to reduce the RMG quarterly charge by nearly £400, a reduction of nearly 40%. They are an opaque and unhelpful company who appear to have little no drive to offer a good service to those who pay them the money. The good reviews they receive on this site appear to come from those who employ them, not those who have to suffer their 'management'.

As a very small limited company every contract completed to the client satisfaction is important. Also is very important to be paid in time so your cash flow is not affected. It's a two way street. This is what RMG is good at! A trustworthy partner with a healthy policy and a professional team which makes every job a smooth experience. More than happy to work for them and recommend them to any contractor willing to provide a high quality level of service. But more than anything is the attention they have for everyone's wellbeing with a very high standard of health and safety measures meant to keep safe contractors and residents alike.

There are NO words for what a fraudulent and disgusting company RMG is. The past 4 years of having to deal with them as my managing agent have been pure hell. Thank GOD we have finally succeeded in having them removed and replaced with a responsible and reliable company. Threatening to take them to first tier tribunal court is the only thing that even somewhat motivates them to uphold their legal duties as managing agents.
They are flat out negligent; only responsive when demanding payment, which continues incessantly despite RMG violating their responsibilities to leaseholders and never fulfilling their duties. They refused to act on emergency fixes, even though the sinking fund had more than sufficient monies, instead allowing active roof leaks into my bedroom and kitchen to continue to devastate my property for 3 YEARS. They are dismissive and callous and use bullying tactics to get what they want. Their criminal behavior resulted in us leaseholders paying tens of thousands of pounds out of pocket repeatedly for external renovations that were never completed, and we now have to fight to get these funds back.
SPARE YOURSELF and don’t make the mistake of buying or renting an RMG managed property. They should be ashamed.

RMG have managed our block after buying our previous agent 5 years ago and have been expensive, incompetent and..... Useless.
A wall fell down in front of our property 2 years ago and after 18 months, the Leaseholders obtained a quote one third of the cost RMG quoted. However, because our builder is not on their list, we cannot get the wall rebuild at a sensible price.
Corruption with preferred builders?
Other defects take many months to even look at.
Any complaint is sometimes dealt with 'customer services' offering no remedy whatsoever.
It is interesting that the last 5 star reviews are from 3 years ago.!
Run a mile if anyone suggests this incompetent shower manage your property.
Be warned!!!
