RMG London Arvostelua 

Glad I have sold my apartment to get away from RMG! absolute waste of space, nearly lost the sale of my apartment through their incompetence ! Quick to get your money, slow to take action avoid at all cost!

I've recently reported the bike storage break-in (Same place, twice!) and theft - something urgent and concerning that RMG has failed to deal with effectively for the past 6 years.

1. They came back to me way past the promised response timeframe.
2. Diplayed absolutely zero empathy, compassion or concern with this crime and safety issue.
3. They LIED that the job was completed without giving any details at all - I went to check these doors and took pictures to prove that there had been absolutely no follow-up fix done. They openly lied without a care in the world that this case has been raised and dealt with through Resolver.
4. have not addressed my proposal regarding changing the doors and door frames to steel ones to prevent theft - instead, what RMG has done is just send out a letter to everyone reminding us to be careful and more protective of our properties - is this a joke?? They're failing to provide us with safety solutions so we're just basically left to our own devices, while still paying ridiculously high service charge fees!! How is that fair??
5. The date they confirmed the door was 'fixed' again in their recent response stated 12/12/2013, funny because my building was built not even 2 years ago. This proves again the complete lack of care and lousy management RMG presents.

Disgusting service, and an appalling lack of care, if you can, avoid RMG at all costs.

Must be the worst property management company in London. Our block hasn’t had reliable hot water for three months and still they ignore our calls . Avoid if you can

Absolutely appalled by the Service
RMG have been so help what so ever, false promises and then no contact for weeks.
The have jeopardized our sale by with holding information promised within day, now its been months and we are still chasing the same documents.
Absolutely gutted by the service, or lack of service.

Can I raise a formal complaint about works not being completed once again at Victoria court.

Savannah does not see fit to reply to my emails or get works done when they are raised which is unprofessional. Is it another case that no one has realise they aren't working for you any more!

The outstanding repairs from my previous email dated 8th August are

1:- On the 25th May I reported the fire alarm low of battery beeping on the top floor to the places for people fire survey chap (young that attends once a month) he said he had it noted to report it but it is still beeping. On the 8th August I followed up with Savanna copying in Jeannie and customer service to request for them to check if the fault has been raised. I revised no reply and the fault has been completely ignored by RMG. It is now 16th Sept and thus114 days have elapsed a clear breach of the terms. (This is equal to 3 months and 22 days!)

3:- The side gate was reported on 19th July and still broken. On the 8th August I emailed Savannah copying in Jeannie and customer service to request for them to check what the lead time is on this job. ref Job-231126. The contractors came out to take a look on the 10th August and did nothing to fix the gate it is still broken today. It is now 16th September thus 89 days have elapsed a clear breach of the terms. (This is equal to 2 months and 28 days)


The only Job on the job log is an Electric Pedestrian Gate as we do not have an electric pedestrian gate I literally have no idea what this item is referring to as the side gate at Victoria court needs welding!

What a scam company!!!
Tried to contact them online(website and app is not working) so called them as someone on the top floor flat forgot to turn off water and is running outside the building on the cars parked below.
Lady who answered my call told me to investigate which flat is it!!!
That’s not my job to make any investigation-said to her. Her answer was that they have over 10000 houses to care for and they are not able to do anything without knowing which flat is it. Shocking!!!

DREADFUL SERVICE! PLEASE DO NOT BUY A PROPERTY IF THIS ORGANIZATION "MANAGE" IT

RMG are Cowb**s. A r*p off management company who take your money and do F*** all. They should be investigated. I can't even state what a c**p service they give..infact no service and we pay them £200 a month for unprofessional gardener's and window cleaners to Come round one a month and that's all they do... Total rip off B******s!! How the F*** they manage to get away with such a S**t service is beyond us. 🙄

Well.. from a really promising start and good communication.. after a second interview (weeks apart.. some companies do love stringing you along..) Nothing. No follow up. Radio silence.
Incredibly unprofessional

I would give NIL to this property managing company. They took over from Premier Estates a few years ago and we have had nothing but huge increases in service charge with nothing to show for anything. Electronic gates never work but we get charged everytime they are fixed. Buzzers dont work for months but we get charged again and again. Why not invest one time in the right ones? Lots of staff milling around in the office in fancy suits but nothing to show for anything. Some people cant sell their flats now as the service charge is so high. As a pensioner this is untenable. I am going to have to see if there is a leasehold ombudsman or company that can have a look at this.

They almost caused the purchase of my flat to fall through due to how slow and inept they are. Now I'm in and an owner of the flat, I have to chase repeatedly on anything that involves them. They recently had the audacity to increase nearly all their service fees, yet they've let the shared amenities/buildings etc fall into disrepair and just ignore you when you contact them with your concerns. I am pulling together a group of local residents who are all as equally frustrated by them and we are collecting evidence to take this further and make them accountable. My advice would be to avoid them like the plague.

Essential an extortion racket. Would vote 0 stars if I could. They do nothing good for the properties they 'manage'.

They have sent me four invoices in the space of the past month, all of them are incorrect and have items on there that aren't even their responsibility.

They are refusing to explain reasoning for costs or even as attempting to resolve simple clerical errors. The invoicing templates they use look like they are drafted by a primary school kid doing a money module.

I just get threatened with debt collection and referred to my title whenever I question them.

It wouldn't be too bad if they actually serviced our estate but any activity is a token gesture at best.

The blame lies with the developers that employs this company. Can't understand the motivation behind that.

This company constantly makes up charges and additional charges if you challenge for work they are contracted to do. They have a turnover of £75 million and only 1 email address and 1 phone number for all complaints- hence they fail to provide answers and share access to data with the debt collection agency they happen to own

Just had another huge increase in the annual charge and a very large additional shortfall. They don’t seem to do anything to get the best contracts and don’t care about the pain they are inflicting.

Incorrectly issues a parking fine in front of my own home, Spoke to the manager (Lets just call her Lying Ms KS)....promised to look into this.

4 emails & numerous calls later. NO RESPONSE... this lady is yet to get back to me.

Then i call using my landline and voila she calls me back assuming she did not recognise the number.... she then proceeds to LIE that their systems are down which is why she did not see any of my previous emails or calls??

erm u can access your emails on the Phone and Computer.. absolutly nothing worse than a Female liar in Any management position as u tend to assume their Femininity exists along with the empathy of having a family!

Their charges also do not make any sense as half the stuff they charge for do not relate to us as residents. for example.....Window Cleaning, for what buildings exactly?? only residential properties exist in all developments!!!!!

The worst company in the world! Utter CON-ARTISTS!!!! Before you purchase a prospective property (even if it's the property of your dreams), PLEASE CHECK to see if RMG is the residential provider and then DO NOT buy that property. You only have to read a handful of reviews to realise what scam artists they are! All writers of the negative reviews need to collectively send the founders and owners of the company to prison; perhaps there they can learn a thing or two about 'residential management'. The employees are also incompetent at their jobs; in hindsight, probably a good fit for the company!!!! Please read Glassdoor reviews that give insight into the exposure of scams and mishandlings of people and their accounts.

Terrible company!!! Never done any work on our estate. Not responding to Emergency repairs. Someone needs to do something.
Absolute ripoff.

Just received my bill from RMG. Apart from the fact that my bill has jumped up considerably, I have also been added on £35 because I pay by direct debit. Won't most people be paying by direct debit? I've never been charged this fee before. I absolutely hate this company... charging money for doing nothing and hate where I live but unfortunately I'm stuck as everything is so expensive. The sooner I can get out the better. I would never buy a flat again let alone having RMG as service provider. Cowboys. You never see a cleaner, gardener flies around the grounds, there's also problems with the doors, always a quick fix, just fix them properly and we won't have to keep getting somebody in and don't get me started on the drainpipes or communal bins with all the squirrels in them. Disgusting. The government need to step in and do something to stop these cowboys from taking our hard earned money.
