RiverHomes Arvostelua

Recently my flat became vacant and required re-letting. Sue took charge, was very knowledgeable, and gave good advice and guidance on the re-letting. The flat was put on the market and within a couple of days, Sue had found some great tenants, very impressive.
The office manager Beth also provided great and efficient service in sorting out the various documents required for re-letting, and Phil ensures that everything went smoothly with the previous tenant’s departure.
The property maintenance team of Sara and Annabel is also great. They deal with issues quickly and efficiently and if requested can come up with quotes for resolving issues. They have a great selection of suitable “trades’ people”/contractors that can come and undertake any work required. Between tenancies recently, I required some work around two of the windows and the redecorating of the whole flat. Annabel did an excellent job of coordinating the work. The chosen contractors were also good did an excellent job and were clean and tidy ensuring that dustsheets were laid whenever appropriate
As a Landlord I have been with Riverhomes for over 15 years, and they have been very efficient and have always found me quality tenants quickly and efficiently I would highly recommend them as a quality estate agents

I have no hesitation in recommending Riverhomes. We chose to sell our house exclusively through Riverhomes and never regretted the decision or disappointed by the service. They were professional, polite, sensitive, helpful and efficient. Thank you to Phillip, Tamir and the rest of the team.

They were incredibly helpful and quick and getting things done. They informed us every step of the way of what was going and were super friendly too! Definitely recommend!

Agents there are very friendly and always willing to offer help! Fantastic agency and I will recommend it to all my friends!

My wife and I needed a new place to live and it just so happened Caroline had a listing on a nice place by the river in Battersea.
I called the office and that very morning we saw a super flat that was perfect for us.
Caroline and her super team helped us every step of the way to secure our flat.
We were never left not knowing the progress of our new flat!
Thanks Caroline, thanks to your team, and thanks River Homes for a stress free and pleasant experience!
Some people say estate agents are underhanded and untrustworthy...they sure haven't met Caroline and her team
She's the opposite, instilling trust and understanding!
Highly recommend this company!

30 years since I last rented a flat! Sue and Beth at Riverhomes made the process from the initial first viewing to taking occupation very easy. All my questions were answered quickly and clearly. Excellent service.

Many thanks

Paul Guyer

All went well with the sale which was remarkably stress free. Sue Day was highly efficient and professional and the rest of the staff were nice too.

Francis and Phillip at RiverHomes were fantastic. Our sale turned into a saga, with quite a few twists, not always pleasant. Not only were they unstinting in their efforts to sell our house, their support and optimism when the going got a little tough was very much appreciated.
They really helped us at a stressful time, and though estate agents sometimes deservedly get a bad rep, I now understand just how hard the good ones can work.
Many thanks to them and their team.

I was very happy with the professional attitude of river homes and Sue was particularly helpful.

Wow! First to see offered and Caroline and Ines worked so hard! Only 3 days between accepting offer and move-in date! Wow again.

Caroline and Ian are both very knowledgeable, efficient and nice. The sales of our flat went very well thanks to their expertise.

We highly recommend Riverhomes (particularly our brilliant agent Caroline).

Our purchase proceeded smoothly and professionally, with any issues handled immediately and thoroughly.

Riverhomes are the best agent we have purchased property through. The whole process was painless and calm.

So delighted with our gorgeous new home, thank you for making it all possible.

I am renting my home out through River Homes. Francis Stickney, Sue Day and Annabel Siong have all been exemplary. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a property by the river that they wish to rent out

Lovely people and first class service. Special thanks to Caroline and Ines in particular. Would thoroughly recommend!

Incredibly personal and professional approach in all dealings which enabled a wonderful smooth transition from a life on land to a water borne paradise. From the first moment speaking with Nigel and then meeting Ian and the other staff at the Putney Bridge branch, it’s been a pleasure and would highly recommend Riverhomes to lease or sell my boat or property in the future

Fantastic experience selling through River Homes. Initially tried selling through a larger agent, however once I switched to River Homes I saw that the personal support and care they offered and the quality of the potential buyers they showed round was significantly higher. Phillip in particular went above and beyond to firstly secure the sale and then make it a great experience for both us as sellers and the buyers. Would highly recommend selling with these guys if you have a house near the river!

If you are a tenant then Riverhomes is not suitable for you, i have rented through them a flat for 1 year then renewed for an additional year, they have failed in all matters that concern transparency and fairness when a issue arises between the landlords and tenants although the landlord didn’t sign them to manage the property and was dealing with other agencies but they wanted to win his business even if it was by being plain stupid.
I recommend to compare their agreements and services with other agencies before getting any thing through them.
Riverhomes is Simply unprofessional.

Helpful staff and agency. Annabel and Ines were readily available to help any problems with had with the property. Easy to work with and efficient. Couldn’t say anything bad about the agency.

Caroline has been amazing. She always kept me updated during the whole procedure. Even after the exchange of contract, she went out of her way to sort out every single problem I faced . Cant praise her enough.
