RiverHomes Arvostelua

Francis Stickney at RiverHomes has been extremely helpful in selling the house of an elderly deceased relative. He was enthusiastic about the property, conducted many viewings and had great local knowledge. The sale was completed swiftly and Francis was always willing to provide assistance on other things concerning the property.
We highly recommend him and RiverHomes.

I’ve been extremely pleased with the property management service provided by River Homes over the nine years they have managed my property in West London while I was living abroad.
Sue, Sara and Sarah have been consistently professional, responsive and proactive. They have always provided sound advice, ensured that any issues were dealt with promptly, and sourced reliable contractors at reasonable costs. Thanks to their dedication, my property has been maintained to a very high standard throughout, my tenants have been happy with the level of care and maintenance, and my expenses have remained well controlled..... and very pleasant people to deal with !
Renting a property from a distance requires a team you can trust, and River Homes has been exactly that. More recently I naturally selected them to manage the sale which was very well done. I would highly recommend them to any landlord looking for a reliable and professional property management company.

Riverhomes have been fab in helping us find our rented property. Consistent and quick to help with queries. On hand to make the process less stressful as possible. Sue, Jack & Liana were amazing . And the Property Management Team led by Sarah, Sara and Annabelle have been exemplary in making our stay at the rented property as comfortable as possible. Always reachable to offer support and deal with any emergencies efficiently and promptly. No complaint, however small, went unheeded. They had incredibly reliable and professional workmen to sort specific jobs.
On both fronts, such a nice bunch of people to have on your side.

We had a great experience with Riverhomes renting a boat through them. Communication between us was great and would get back to us almost immediately. A special mention to Sarah, Sara and Annabel for being so helpful and making our time on board a really pleasant one.
Thank you to all.

Francis of Riverhomes sold my deceased mother’s house. He was enthusiastic and good to work with. At times the sale was frustratingly slow, but Francis kept going cheerfully. He gave the family what proved to be well founded confidence that a sale would take place. I would recommend him and Riverhomes.

We bought our home through Francis at River Homes and he was superb. Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community.
Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.

We engaged River Homes so that our house would be visible to as many potential buyers as possible, who were looking for a riverside house but might not have been aware of our local area. We found all of their folk excellent to work with - Francis, Sue, Jonny, Tamir, Erin, and David.
Francis and Sue, with their long experience, listened to our requirements and views, got to understand our situation and offered helpful advice. Jonny ensured that our house was very well photographed and presented online.
Sue saw us with patience through the long and sometimes stressful process over months and achieved a successful sale.
We would certainly recommend River Homes.

Highly recommend River Homes. Sue & Francis and the whole team could not have done more to sell my house. They were helpful, efficient, honest and generally lovely to deal with. I always had the sense that they had my best interests at heart and were quietly working away behind the scenes, making sure things happened. Most importantly, they held my hand and smoothed the ride when things got a bit bumpy. Thank you very much!

River Homes is best in class as an estate agency. I rented a property through them for 3 years and any query was dealt with promptly. Every member of the team o dealt with over the course of my tenancy were friendly, kind and most helpful.

I highly recommend this estate agency. I had the great pleasure of renting a flat through them for four years. A nice team, available, reactive

Fantastic assistance from the beginning to the end. Thoroughly recommend.

I would highly recommend RiverHomes for their professional and friendly service. As a tenant, the process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the efficient help from Tamir and Liana, who went above and beyond. Sara and Annabel were also excellent, responding promptly to concerns, and Caroline made the buying experience enjoyable and swift. However, be cautious about the terms and ensure clarity in agreements to avoid unexpected fees. Overall, RiverHomes provides dedicated service, but always double-check contract details.

I worked with Riverhomes as a tenant for almost 4 years, and they were always kind, personable, quick to respond, and generally great at looking out for our interests. Sara and Annabel in particular were really fantastic to work with, and great to know they were on our side.

I would highly recommend RiverHomes. As a renter the process was stress free and straightforward, and Tamir was on hand to answer all our questions and help us move quickly. Thanks to both Tamir and Liana for going above and beyond - it’s very much appreciated!

We were tenants of a property that was managed by RiverHomes. Sara and Annabel were excellent to deal with, they responded to our concerns promptly and made our tenancy a very smooth process. They were professional and friendly to deal with. Highly recommend!

Thank you Caroline Davidson for the smoothest most enjoyable experience. From the moment we met she understood what I was looking for and we found the perfect vessel on the same day. The exchange and completion was swift and I was in excellent hands. Caroline made me feel confident throughout. Highly recommend !!!

As a buyer I can highly recommend RiverHomes. Many thanks to Tamir and Phillip and especially Tamir who went above and beyond to manage a difficult chain. Without their help we would not have had a chance of exchanging or completing in the required timeline.

I had an excellent experience with RiverHomes. Leanna, the Lettings Manager, was absolutely amazing – she responded on the spot to all my questions and requests and was extremely efficient and accommodating; very thorough as well – she even spotted that the gas fire mentioned in the tenants’ agreement was not part of the gas certificate (for a good reason, it is disabled, but that didn’t show in the agreement). On top of being a great lettings manager, she is also a very nice person.
Also, Ines, the Office Manager, was always prompt and responsive.
Thank you so much, Leanna and Ines!

We have been through a protracted negotiation on a property, delayed entirely by HMRC’s Probate Office. For various reasons we did not ultimately complete the transaction. However, from start to finish, Caroline has been absolutely superb. Endlessly patient with both parties, highly efficient, charming and always willing to attend the property. We also dealt with Nick and we would not hesitate to recommend River Homes.
