I ordered a bed week ago but they did not shippe yet , before I order I called them and asked how long it take they said 3/4 days . Only God knows how long it takes to get. If any one order anything from them think twice….

Contacted twice, both replied to but no further action has been taken. I haven’t had a single update since I purchased my order and this has been over a week now, and it states 3-5 working days! I was told there was delays by a person I spoke to however she said that my order is still being processed after a week and a bit from ordering!!! Very unhappy with the lack of communication from an expensive purchase.

I think our order got missed so I don’t know where it is.

Through mechanical breakdown, deliveries were split up and late, but this did not detract the staff, especially Amber, who located them and rearranged deliveries etc. Efficiency and calmness create security and contentment. Thanks Amber!

First of all the 1-2 delivery time lead is incorrect, but the team were good in responding to my emails about this. Unfortunately their phone lines are permanently dead so cannot talk to anyone and most of the time their live chat is not active. I ended up asking for a refund and cancellation of the order because by the time the order did get sent to the courier it was then sent straight back for all 4 pieces being damaged.

Love my office desk - it was packed well and arrived with no issues. They were helpful and friendly when I asked for additional paperwork.

I was told 1-2 days delivery - that was 2 weeks ago! Now been asked to rate the wardrobe I ordered but it hasn’t been delivered!

Placed an order for two single ottoman beds on Monday 30th may, delivery day said 1-2 days, today is 6th June and I am still waiting for my order. My daughter has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for the last 4 days, every time I have tried to contact right deals or XDP I can’t get an answer. Really need my beds asap so my 7 year old can sleep.

Clear easy to use site and ordering. Delivery fast and fuss free. All items well packed.

It stated 1 to 2 days for delivery i ordered on the saturday i then sent an email on the wednesday as it had not arrived to be informed it had not yet been shipped. I only ordered with this company because i would recieve the item by the tuesday/wednesday so i could put it together on my day off. I recieved the item on saturday however it had been bank holiday on the thursday and friday. I would probably not have been as bothered if i hsd been sent a courtacy email about the delay in delivery.

Still haven't recieved my order of 3 cabinets which was ordered over a week ago and said next day. Called twice to speak to someone and was promised a call back and still nothing. Would not order from them again. Terrible customer service.

This was ghe worst customer experience I have ever had, firt I placed my order on the 26th April, it read that it will deliver the wardrobe the next day 27th, I need a wardrobe urgently as I just moved house so I was happy to see it said next day, the wardrobe never arrived, I emailed to find out what was going on, I was told it will arriveve on a couple of days, when I asked for specific date and time, none was given,
This was same after another week was gone, twice with two weeks on a Friday, I received a notification that the wardrobe is out for delivery, I stayed at home all day and nothing arrived, to cut a long story short, this wardrobe still has not arrived very even as I am typing this review, I have asked for my refund more than three times in my email, I still have not been refunded my money , so , I have no wardrobe or the product I ordered and this company has not refunded me my monet either I am looking to report them to trading standards I just have been too busy trying to settle into my new job and a new house.
They are a disgrace.

Delivery next day, lovely tv unit resembles a retro 70s cabinet. Easy to assemble

I placed an order a week ago and have today cancelled as this company can not provide any tracking information or any information for that matter on my order. 15 emails and a phone call.... 7 days later and I'm no further forward. My advice is stay away! You will end up frustrated and out of pocket. Hoping my refund is easier!

Lies told about shipping and delivery !!
2 week wait, won't use again !!

Great price on furniture
Good quality at a reasonable price.
But t the delivery company used XDP
Is hopeless.
Tracking is useless, inaccurate.
Communication is none existant.
If you need to check or query items
They will ignore e mails, phone is primium rate calls. Right Deals should ditch XDP
