Excellent Customer Service

I purchased an antenna plus coax from Right Channel Radios, and had an excellent experience. These guys are the first company to ever reach out and correct my order, when I picked the wrong coax connector to my antenna. I'd be more than happy to order any radio equipment from them again. Right Channel provides genuine hassle…

Right Channel provides genuine hassle free purchase experience. I had purchased an antenna that turned out to be the wrong one, my fault, but these guys got me in line with what I needed and now I’m busting the airwaves better than before.
Would I recommend & buy from Right Channel Radio again? Absolutely

The discription

The discription, for the antenna was wrong. I put in gmrs antenna it came up as one for my needs, antenna is wrong will not work for gmrs radio.

Hi Ervin, It looks like you purchased a Firestik FS CB antenna which will not work for GMRS as it's made for 27Mhz. We're happy to take the Firestik antenna back and get you the correct antenna. We'll reach out via email as well!

Everything went smooth

Everything went smooth, then email to let me know that they were out of the three foot ant. So I change to the four foot. Think it was a good move SWR 1.4 On lower and upper channels which I though was good for a none stock radio
