Had next day delivery to my local store who rang within minutes of it arriving and we collected from them. Would recommend to everyone mist items have 6 year guarantee. Try them !!

For some reason I thought Richer Sounds would not have the choice that the large 'sheds' would have and I thought Richer Sounds would be very expensive. After visiting a very large TV and white goods retailer and realising that the sales people actually had zero knowledge about the products they sell I decided to try Richer Sounds. And boy what a difference!! A true in depth knowledge of the products and to my pleasant surprise were more than £200 cheaper than the BIG store. Plus the sales staff were so friendly and not just 'Robots' like the other store.

Was interested in an Arcam CD5 and Jordan organised for a new one to be brought in on a no-obligation basis. He was extremely helpful during the demo and I was really pleased with the purchase which sounded even better when I got it home. Highly recommended!

I like the whole Richer Sounds ethos and the fact that the staff are very product aware is delightful. I haven't found this level of service anywhere else.

Purchased an open box marantz intergrated amp. Both staff members were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Because of the open box offer I saved about £130, so really couldn't be happier. Been listening to my vinyl over the last week, sounds and looks great in my cabin. Hopefully I'll be back soon get some new speakers

I found the team in Weybridge most helpful when I turned up to pickup a TV on a very hot day. They offered to deliver it for me due to the size of the item, and I was extremely grateful for the assistance. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and I'm sure to purchase from them in the future.
