Richer Sounds - Weybridge Arvostelua

Helpful conversations with Terry and Jason over the phone before and after purchasing TV. I used Richer sounds 8 years ago for my previous TV. Price matched without a problem. Delivery to recylce old TV went smoothly. Will continue to use Richer sounds for audio visuals.

It is so nice to be able to walk into a small shop that gives expert advice on the products they have available.

Bought a Toshiba TV from the Weybridge branch, primarily to be the centre of a system that linked, via optical cable, to my hi-fi. Could not get a signal from the TV after connecting the cable. After taking the TV back to the shop, where it was tested, it was found that the audio out had to be manually reconfigured. As there is no instruction manual provided by Toshiba the staff discovered and applied the solution. Now, all works perfectly. All the staff were patient, knowledgeable and really helpful. Thank you Weybridge team!

Great service, great price. I am very happy.
Thank you

Richer sounds provided us with excellent service including wall mounting of TV and sound bar.

A perfect one stop shop.

Terry and his team are top notch this is the second tv I’ve bought this year and I’ll always buy from Richer Sounds because I’m buying with confidence

Great service. Enjoyed the demo and thought the loan service was a great idea.

Excellent service, despite an issue I would always go to richer sounds as they were so helpful in sorting things out

Usual excellent service in the shop with knowledgeable staff who offered alternatives to the TVs I had shortlisted.
Disappointing that all 5 TVs I had shortlisted were neither in stock in the shop nor the warehouse.

This is a second TV purchase in a year. Excellent personal service and advice, with price reassurance.
Prompt and efficient delivery.

We have used Richer Sounds for years now (stereos, TVs etc). Very customer-focused business and always competitive pricing. They really know their stuff! Last branch used was Weybridge.

Very helpful staff with good knowledge of their products

Staff very helpful, and spend time with you to answer all your questions.
I was really impressed with the customer service I received.

I have bought all our TV and HiFi kit from Richer Sounds, Weybridge as their knowledge, helpfulness and overall customer service is second to none. It has been a real pleasure dealing with Terry, Hugh, Jordan and Luca over the years. Everything still works, and I have always recieved great support whenever I had setup difficulties.

Thanks to Liam and Richer Sounds for a great demo of Wharfedale Lintons which had been set up with CD player and network streamer.
Very useful audition and a very enjoyable session with Liam’s expertise and good nature.
Highly recommend these guys and hopefully will be back again soon to make my decision for these speakers or even the super Lintons.

The order was made over the phone and Terry was very helpful and informative. The speakers arrived two days earlier than expected. Excellent service.
