Being a non-phone user it took a bit of an email exchange to order what I needed, but the customer service agent was very helpful.
And the order took longer to arrive than if I'd have ordered it off 'the other place'.
I was a little surprised that there was no Richer Sounds bumpf in the box when the item arrived, so it looked like perhaps it was drop-shipped?
But I like the ethos of the company, so that's why I like to buy from them.

My problem was with a head phone system which failed. Richer Sounds replaced the whole system under warranty, arranged for the old one to be collected and delivered a new one at the same time. All in all a very satisfactory result.

Contacted telesales for product advice and they sorted out my transaction for me with very quick response time on a Sunday. Happy with my purchase which arrived in 2 working days with standard delivery. Great service.
