Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
I’ve been genuinely impressed with the service from Richer Sounds. Every interaction has been professional, friendly, and focused on actually helping rather than just selling. Communication has been clear throughout, and they’ve shown real patience while working through the technical checks and troubleshooting steps with me.
What really stands out is their honesty and customer-first attitude. They take the time to explain things properly, follow up when they say they will, and make sure you feel supported at every stage. It’s rare these days to find a retailer that combines great prices with this level of care and expertise. Thanks also to Vik
A big thank you to the team – it’s exactly why I keep coming back to Richer Sounds. Highly recommended.

Excellent Samsung bar from Richer sounds
We recently upgraded our soundbar to the 2025/6 Samsung Q990F SOUNDBAR, Richer sounds as usual were excellent in dealing with our purchase. From the initial phone call to receiving our soundbar 2 days later, after having this soundbar now for 2 weeks ( Bought early May 2026 ) we are very pleased with it after tweaking it and calibrating it the Bar has excellent ATMOS & DTS-X sound and as for the dual subwoofer it really is a top tier Bar. The staff have been excellent throughout our purchase and this is why after 40 years of shopping with this company we don't go anywhere else, so all told We highly recommend Richer sounds for all your electric needs, thanks from Richard & Ernie in Manchester.

Great TV shame about all those menus
I ordered the TV through customer sales and it was delivered within a couple of days. Process was very easy and the Tv was delivered within the time slot and into the living room. It was easy to put up, put the stand together screw it to the back of the TV and put it in place. The only setup problem I had was with WIFI as it has its own set of Location details, once entered it connected.
The picture quality was brilliant especially on Freeview SD channels. Old programs Dads Army etc. looked very good.
The remote control is taking a lot of getting used to. buttons on my old LG remote, Info, Switching input, Screen Ratio, seem to have been replaced by lots of menus and it takes a while to find them. Also I cant find how to switch from Freeview to Freesat. The obvious place for this would be the TV/Inputs screen, but I haven't found a way to add it.

Excellent old fashioned personal service without the malarky.
Bought by telesales to avoid soulless online experience. Spoke to very professional and friendly salesmanager (Vic). Everything went perfectly and he arranged exact delivery schedule which was met.

Transaction was smooth but web site was wrong
Transaction was smooth, delivery was quick however the product description on the web site was wrong, in two different ways. Whilst the errors (no remote included, no FM Tuner/DAB) were significant, I ended up keeping the product

Thanks for the feedback, although I was sorry to hear there was an error in the web specification which I can see has now been amended. Obviously mistakes will occur from time to time but I have since had words with our head of ecommerce to ensure we do a better job of updating our website so our valued customers don’t have this kind of hassle.
Of course if you do need any further help or decide you want to return the item please get in touch..
