Richer Sounds - Stockport Arvostelua

Pleasant people, good knowledge could not fault anything and delivered prompt by date.

Very helpfull staff great service nice place

Richard was so helpful when listening to my needs and giving me advice about how to satisfy them

Easy transaction. All went well.

Fantastic company.
Ordered a TV online and within a short amount of time, a date and time was given for the delivery. They kept me up to date with the delivery process. I have used Richer Sounds many times in the past, and have never had a single problem with them. After the TV was delivered, they even called myself the day after, and asked if i needed any help in setting up the TV and was everything OK with the delivery. I wish other Companys would look after their customers like Richer Sounds.
Keep up the excellent work.

This store has been my go to for 30 years plus! The staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

As usual the website and in store staff were excellent and very helpful, the emails from DPD about the parcel (which I asked to be taken to my local store, not too my house), were confusing and made me think I’d done something wrong!

But good product and service

Super friendly service and the staff went out of their way to help with my enquiry and subsequent purchase.

This was my first purchase with Richer Sounds and it was ordered and paid for online. The process was very straight forward and communication regarding delivery and collection times excellent. So glad they have there own parking area, which was just across the road.On entering the store there was available staff willing to assist, and a nice display of equipment for sale.I would visit this store again.

Excellent advice from Matt and John. First class service led to the purchase of an oled tv, stand & dvd player. You guys delivered an excellent customer experience. Thank you.

Highly knowledgeable staff, great range of high quality equipment with reasonable prices.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff

The salesman wasn't very knowledgeable. He might have been new as he did go and ask when I asked about radio stations.
Got the product I wanted Wiim amp. A coffee would have been nice.
I visited the store last year and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the Wiim. That's why I returned plus I've had good experiences with Richer Sounds in the past. Pleased with my Wiim amount.

I prefer visiting showroom rather than buy on line . Salesperson was efficient and professional as was delivery driver . Both an asset to your firm . 10/10 .
Bought a tv off you several years ago and returned recently based on previous experience and customer service Thank You .

Fantastic assistance with expert knowledge. Have been buying from Richer Sounds over many years and never been disappointed.

Warmly greeted and very helpful from the start. I needed an updated tv which had to be able to fit in a cabinet and we spent a bit of time sorting something suitable , I came away happy with my choice. I wold not hesitate to use Richer Sounds again.

Staff are very helpful and gave good advice/help.
The after service we received when we wanted to upgrade out TV for a bigger screen was excelelnt.

So helpful, thanks

As aways, great advice and products.

Personal service and proper advice about what we wanted. No overselling.
Knowledgeable staff who also helped out over the phone with the TV set up.
