Richer Sounds - Southgate Arvostelua

My BluOs device, purchased the previous year, had stopped working and I was asked to bring it into the store. It took the manager 15 minutes to test the device and confirm a fault. I was provided with a new replacement device within 24 hours.

Just wanted to say Daniel at Richer Sounds, Southgate brunch was very helpful when I bought Denon avc x 4800 receiver and speaker package. Gave me a great deal and arranged delivery. I am also very happy with my new equipment. Thank you very much.

I have nothing but great things to say about Richer sounds. My first proper hifi system and from initially going into store and listening to multiple setups through to delivery, nothing was too much effort. When my system was delivered after a week I realised I had made the wrong choice on the speakers, they did not fill my room. I called the store and they we're so accommodating. I was able to return my speakers and they did a special order from Kef for speakers they do not generally stock. The customer service was exceptional, I highly recommend Richer Sounds, especially the Southgate store. RS now have a customer for life, 5*

Had an issue with an open box item, the store was excellent in resolving my issue and did a great job in making things right. Thank you

Ali at the Southgate branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely seek him out for my next purchase.

Marantz AV10 and Amp 10 is a fantastic buy, sounds great and looks gorgeous. Big thank you to Mac for helping with the purchase great service.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you.

Always a great service from the guys and girls at Richersounds

You had the to I wanted in stock. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpgul

I thought I had a problem with my Fiio DM13 but your staff checked it over and explained how it worked ( the instructions were poor)
I also easily changed faulty headphones - so overall a really good experience

Sales person was excellent. It's not your fault that the Denon was a bugger to set up.

Very good customer service.

Great service and support, perfect advice. Beats all the other major stores I've been to, especially in value for money.

Excellent service by very knowledgeable staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. After sales service recommending an installer was also first class. Very happy to have made our purchase at Richer Sounds, Southgate.

Very helpful and courteous. Knowledgeable about products.
Service was quick and TV was delivered next day.

I badgered Dan constantly with questions and in all honesty, I cannot fault the support and assistance provided.
Always available to take my calls and the order to delivery was spot on.
I have used Richer Sounds a number of times and there is a reason why I keep going back.
Thank you

Ali manager at Southgate lodon was very helpful in helping me decide on besg outdoor TV and wall bracket for me!

I enjoyed being able to listen to some speakers in the listening room. I would recommend both Ali and Hudson at your Southgate premises. The only popint that let the service down was that I came in on Friday and ordered some speakers that you had to order in and I was advised they would be in for collection on Monday. I called on Monday to find out they had missed the deadline on Friday and would now be arriving on Tuesday. A simple phone call to update me would have saved me allocating a wasted day to set my system up. I will try to use Richer Sounds when I can.

Really helpful staff, I did not need delivery immediately and they happily agreed to hold my products until I need them. Great price too, cheapest I could find.
