Richer Sounds - Southgate Arvostelua

Helpful advice
Ease of online shopping

I cannot fault Richer Sounds in Southgate or their approach to customer service. They have bent over backwards to help resolve a problem with my vinyl player and Dan was an absolute superstar. He listened and understood the issue and worked hard to find a solution - which he did to my immense satisfaction. I cannot recommend him, their staff or their attitude to their customers highly enough. I truly wouldn't go anywhere else for my HiFi needs.

Great bunch of staff, interested in the products - who like "doing" what they do.

Knowledgeable and friendly at a good price.

Very helpful staff on phone call regarding my purchase. Knew exactly the product I was enquiring about and the sale went through seamlessly. Have used Richer Sounds before and the standard of employees has been extremely good

Wonderful, helpful service. Great experience all round.

They were efficient in instructing whether it was compatible with my television.
Recommended a audio cable to enhance the sound
Delivery was within 48 hour, it was excellently packaged instructions easy to follow.

Always a pleasure to deal with the staff at richer sounds Southgate.
Very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Recently bought LG OLED48C54LA after popping in to see the various Tv's. A great choice which was recommended by the guys in Southgate. Excellent service, outstanding service ,very helpful and next day delivery! Heading back in 2 weeks for a 65"

A huge thank you to Hudson and his colleagues not only for their expert advice and efficiency, but for a prompt response when I encountered a problem with a new purchase. Exceptional service as always.

I was looking for a new Project turntable but didn’t want it delivered at home as I’m at work during the week.
Hudson, any the Southgate took care of everything.
He ordered it into the store so I could collect it at the weekend

Staff know what they are doing and understand what we the customer wants

I recently purchased a streaming amplifier and speakers. Dan looked after me and was excellent. There was no pressure to buy and Dan spent a lot of time demonstrating different options and offered some good advice. I have no hesitation in recommending Richer Sounds and the Southgate store in particular. Following my experience at Southgate I subsequently purchased a Samsung OLED TV and Soundbar from the branch. Well done Richer Sounds!

Friendly bunch at the Southgate branch. I had to return something they were very helpful. I’ll most definitely shop again for pair of speakers and AV amp. Advice given was fantastic.

I've bought my last 4 TVs from Richer Sounds. As always their quality of service is top notch! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I'll be buying my next tV from them when the time comes around.
5 Stars.

Prices good and very competitive, but the customer care rating is exceptional. All the staff are knowledgeable about the products the sell.
Mak is a brilliant manager as was C before him. All staff have followed in the excellent service they provide. For me, as a long term customer recently they proved they can go well beyond expectations in customer after sales care. I really hope they can keep their high ratings into the future, as no store selling TVs and Hi Fi can compare to their quality of goods, costs and customer care. There was no incentive to write this review.

We’ve bought a few tv’s from Richer Sounds, Southgate and have been served by Dan.

We’ve always received fantastic customer service and expert advice. The staff here are knowledgeable and the prices are very competitive, even with online orives. Our most recent TV purchase came with a 6 year warranty.

I think they may price match, however, even if they don’t, they’re so competitive on pricing, offer a long warranty and you get a personalised customer service experience.
They are definitely worth a visit.

Great experience,
I wanted to write this review on my experience with the staff at Richer sounds at Southgate store.
