Richer Sounds - Solihul Arvostelua

I ordered my Denon turntable by phone with Martin, the Solihull store manager, who was most helpful.
It was delivered promptly and on time.
It is now all set up and my vinyl collection sounds marvellous.

Efficient knowledgeable assistant in store Knew exactly what I needed Delivered next day. Couldn’t ask for better service

Good advice as always means you walk away with the right product for your individual circumstances

The salesperson was excellent and this is what is lacking in a lot of places. We had visited a competitor and their salesperson tried to push a product we had no interest in presumably to hit a sales target. Totally different experience at richer sounds. No pressure selling just genuine information. The whole set up is tailored to meet the needs I have when making a purchase. Thank you.

Professional, polite and knowledgeable staff who took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable solution. Slightly disappointed that you have closed your central Birmingham outlet but will certainly return to the Solihull branch soon.

Every one who I dealt with was very kind and helpful nothing was to much trouble

i visited the Solihull store with an unusual request; setting up a sound system for my model railway.
Martin advised on choice of speaker but also suggested a small amplifier would greatly improve the sound quality and volume.

Samuel helped me with this a couple of weeks later and i was also kitted out with wires.

The sound is amazing, so thanks chaps!!!

i am happy to say i am delighted with the JBL speakers and FOSI amplifier

The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product.

Recommended by our TV Media wall installation company, and found Richer Sounds so very helpful, in identifying the best TV for our needs. The price offer was very fair, and deliver quick and free. You always felt you were being rated as an important customer, where a long term relationship was a priority. Thanks for all you help in selecting the right TV for us

Friendly personal service - swift outcome.

Always a pleasure buying from Richer Sounds from the initial look at the product to the read ups on the product. To collecting in Store.

Needed new TV, the gentleman that served us was very knowledgeable and guided us through each set. We chose a TV and was able to take it away with us. Brilliant service

Great communication and advice, friendly knowledgeable staff who are happy to help. Great shopping experience.

I had excellent advice both by email and instore in Solihul from the manager. I had forgotten my wallet on the day I visited so ordered online and got my kit exactly when I asked for it.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable team members welcoming and can’t do enough for every customer that enters the shop.

Richer Sounds manager Martin, took the time to direct me (from 5 mins away) to the loading area at the front of the shop, where I was able to collect my order seamlessly. All staff were friendly and helpful during my visit.
Well done Richer Sounds Solihull.

Good communication throughout order process, product ready for collection at stated time, subsequent refund process handled politely and efficiently.
