Richer Sounds - Reigate Arvostelua 

Was looking to upgrade my old plasma to a newer model TV and spoke to Richard in-store at Reigate who was very helpful with suggesting what brand was good value. Later, after doing some online research and reviewing the many models to best fit my purpose I emailed Richard to ask how best to purchase. I didn't hear back for a few days and had to follow up as sale ended, so email communication could be better. To his credit Richard did honour the sale price that was originally on offer. Slightly different model but same specifications. As to the delivery company used (Furdeco) wasn't very good (reviewed separately), so overall we're happy with the TV purchase but taken one star off the experience for both of the above reasons.

I would say experience good but we had the problems when trying to set it up. In the store all was good but could have had more explained.
No mention of asking us regarding smart phones or having an app.
Went back into the store and the deputy manager and a trainee went through everything. Excellent. System now working properly.

Unbiased advice. Time to discuss the product and no pressure selling.

The experience in-store was very good - helpful but not pushy - and the TV was delivered in 2 days. I had to exchange the wall mount and that was done without fuss, and then I was referred on to an installation service, The installation was performed smoothly and professionally. So all in all Richer sounds helped me to buy and install in an efficient, friendly way.

Such great service as always from Richer and Reigate - always a gold standard. The only place to go for knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff

I liked the quick response from Reigate to my online query and they offered a decent deal, although I would have liked more information on the alternative turntable (Majority auto) but this didnt seem one the man either knew about or was wanting to offer. Quick delivery was good as it was a birthday present for our son to put in his bedroom. Not tested yet but only disappointment the FOSI BT20A PRO does not come with the copper volume knob with which it is shown in RS online catalogue. To me albeit just cosmetic is a signature look of this amp and drew me to look at it in first place. I was led to believe from online comments you were given both colours in box. Looks a bit dull without that snap of colour.

I have bought my last TVs and sound bases etc from Richer Sounds, for value for money, and the excellent service.
It was my father's time to renew his TV, so drive straight to our nearest store. He was also very impressed with the knowledge and service of the staff, and bought one on the spot.

As always the team at Reigate branch were most helpful and friendly when I made my purchase which made my visit an enjoyable experience. The manager always has time to talk about product in general, to pass on technical information and keen to demonstrate the new demo room installation. The projector I purchased was very competitively priced and the six year warranty a real bonus which makes me come back time after time.
