Richer Sounds - Reading Arvostelua

Have just bought a new record deck and speakers from the Reading Branch. I would like to thank the staff for their knowledge and helpfulness a really good experience

Great products
Super helpful staff
Pleasurable experience either browsing or buying. The tv, speakers and speaker cables in my home bought from you bring me lots of joy.

I ordered a Cambridge CD player via the Richer Sounds website. A nicely laid out website and very easy to use when it came to ordering the product. The item arrived promptly and well packaged. Easily installed into my hifi system the CD player worked brilliantly. I am very pleased with it and am now considering upgrading my record deck too. Only one place to go to do that and that is RICHER SOUNDS. I should also mention LUKE at the Reading branch of RS who answered my initial call and guided me towards my new CD player. A big THANK YOU to him and to RICHER SOUNDS for a great product and service.

Bought a TV from Reading Branch, very helpful and friendly Staff, top marks for them.

I bought a Marantz cd receiver and couldn't connect to the internet on my network. I took it back, tested it and found it was fine. The manager then updated the software for me and I was able to connect to my network. First rate customer service. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I’ve used Richer Sounds in Reading for years. Customer service is excellent and the price is always right. Delivery this time was hours not days for a huge LG TV. They outdid themselves this time. Wouldn’t buy from anyone else for home cinema. They are true to their marketing when they say they want to have customers for life.

Rory went above and beyond as usual, soundbar (and TV fittings) sorted. Thx Reading Richer 👍

Amazing ordering and customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and they chucked in a free £25 cleaning kits. Highly recommend!!

good advice given to me, there was no rush and i was left to listen to the headphones on my own

The people at the shop were very knowledgeable and helpful obviously up to date with the latest technology. The advice I was given was excellent and have recommended them to friends. The delivery was just as good with nice polite delivery driver.

Excellent service over the phone and prompt delivery.

Really good service from Richer Sounds, as ever. Luke at the Reading store was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable in explaining our options to us. The only downside was the limited range of sound bars available, but we were able to sit in the experience room and hear what they sounded like. So a good outcome in the end.

The telephone service was excellent but i found it strange that i could not order the product online myself. Staff are excellent, system seems to miss an opportunity.

James at Reading store answered the phone and agreed to setup a demo of the Yamaha RS202D with my CD player. I came in store he was ready allowed me time to convince myself it was the right buy and then got a product ready and helped me carry it to the car.

Staff were really helpful with my purchase

Great customer service, delivery earlier than expected, product price best we could find plus 6 year warranty.

Spoke with James in the store about what I was looking for . Then he set up speakers to have a listen in the speaker room. Had a think about for a few hours No pressure to buy
