Great service from initial advice about what TV would best suit our needs right through to the delivery. Price was excellent as well.

Went into the Preston store to have a look at the products I were interested in.
Howie and his team were great, as I had a few questions etc. we discussed these , then sat in the demo room for 2 hours!
Howie then came up with a great deal for me.

Matt at the preston branch very helpful guy.
Bought the wiim ultra amp and 4 x kef ci200qr cieling speakers and really happy with the way it sounds.
Could not beat them on price.

A big thank you for all your patience & help.
After two abortive attempts at trying to connect Bluetooth speakers to my Pro-Ject E1 BT turntable finally found speakers which connected easily. These speakers are Ruark MR1 MK3 and the sound is everything & more than expected from such small speakers!
I returned/exchanged the speakers three times without any hassle or fuss. I honestly believe no other company would have given such great service and once again thank you so much Howie and staff for all their assistance.
Highly recommend Richer Sounds Preston.

We have just had our new TV delivered and are very pleased with it. Having used Richer Sounds before, we were happy to buy from them again and finalise exactly what we wanted. Helpful staff in the shop and no problems with anything - from ordering to delivery.

Your manager is very definitely the most helpful, considerate, patient and customer orientated person a prospective customer could ever hope to have.
