Richer Sounds - Preston Arvostelua

Matt explained everything clearly and all was dealt with pleasantly and efficiently. Feel confident to ask questions if needed. Zak and Trav were great on delivery and considerate of our home surroundings

Always a great service. Did a click and collect and they were quick and efficient and carried the item to the car for me. I’ll always come here for my AV stuff if I can.

The most simple and straight forward people to deal with, first class.

My HiFi System is 46 years old and the tuner had developed a fault (Quad FM4). I was advised it may be repairable and whom to send it to by James, at that point no sale for richersounds, simply what may be best for me. I received a quotation from IAG, but decided to replace the tuner with 21st century equipment. I chose one, but on opening the box I felt may not work with my system (connections/ariel) and did not want to damage it or my pre-amp. I took it back and was given a refund, with no quibble at all from richersounds. However, I had been thinking of buying a small radio, which after advise/discussion with James, I chose a Roberts 'Ramber Uno', which arrived within two days. If the FM4 cannot be repaired I will purchase a receiver (Type TBC), no doubt from richersounds. We need shops available in our high streets where we can have advice, see, try out and discuss what is best for each of us and I would certainly use richersounds once again.

Went into Preston branch looking for a specific TV. Matt was very helpful but not pushy, he had all the info we asked about and demonstrated the TV for us, so much so that we bought it ! Everything regarding warranty etc was explained clearly and he genuinely made shopping a lovely experience. We have used Richer Sounds in the past and will continue to make it our first port of call when we need in the future. Definitely recommend for excellent service and friendliness.

The chaos in Preston where outstanding helping me select a system for home and we went for a Sonos soundbar Arc, sub and two surround speakers. Very impressed with the advice and the products. Thanks guys

Easy to deal with & clear explanation of the TV & the difference between the different types of TVs, thanks Matt!

From my initial contact with Richer Sounds to their very quick response from James, at the Preston branch, leading to the purchase and subsequent delivery of the Samsung Sound Bar was flawless. An excellent experience thank you.

I went to the shop to buy a specific LG model but left with a better specification LG tv at a better price - delighted.delivery was quick and used Richer Sounds own people who checked the product with me before leaving - no pressure
