Richer Sounds - Nottingham Arvostelua

Efficient service (good phone line), good price and extended guarantee

Helpful without selling

My order arrived at the store early the next morning, so I was able to collect it early in the day.

Great product range, customer service and prices. Highly recommended

Rob helped me to select and set up the right TV for me and he was correct about the picture and sound really good thank you

Great job! Staff and service were top notch.

Excellent service from the off. The assistants took time to explain differences between models and the process from enquiry to completed sale was smooth.

Nottingham staff have served and assisted me positively, professionaly and competently for over 30 years. That's why I keep going back and signpost friends to them.

The staff, well trained and really good.

Ben was really helpful and customer service was excellent

I just purchased a Sony AV reciever excellent service throughout from technical to delivery.

Buying amp and speakers online is a minefield, the ability to try different setups in the demo room is invaluable. Okay so I blew my budget significantly but we are very pleased with the sounds we now enjoy every day and will hopefully for many years to come. The first set of Mission speakers purchased 27 years ago are still going strong, now another room has quality hifi. Shout out to Rob @ Nottingham store for his patience, knowledge and enthusiasm

Every person at the shop offered good advice and were very helpful in my choice of turntable and the correct connections.

Ordering & prompt delivery to store was good. Service at Nottingham store was excellent when I collected.
It was a bit wierd getting the delivery emails from DPD though, when they weren’t delivering to my home.

Tailored, personal service from knowledgeable and experienced staff. They take the time to understand your current set up and provide great advice on how to improve it

Fantastic advice and very friendly.
I got the system I was hoping for at the right price.
The chance to try it in their demonstration room was invaluable.
Definitely going back there again.

Great service and friendly staff, Always helpfull.

The person I spoke to was really helpful, he explained stuff really well and demonstrated how to get the new item connected. He was really pleasant and patient!
My item also arrived really quickly.

Loved the free Sound Bar.
i looked at other suppliers and they never gave a free sound bar.
I love free gifts with expensive items.
