Richer Sounds - Middlesbrough Arvostelua

The Sennheisser Momentum 5 are excellent compared with the competition. However, above all else, it's the service given in the Middlesbrough Richer Sounds branch that consistently wins the day ... it's exemplary, leaving everyone else standing. Top job guys!

Paul, manager of Middlesbrough store, talked me through the options, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me informed during the ordering and collection process. All extremely efficient and approachable.
Parking outside the store made my visits and collection super easy. Staff (Shaun) carried my new tv to the car. Great service.

Always get great advice and excellent prices and some brilliant guarantee. Staff are top notch, always helpful.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, first class deal

Great staff who are knowledgeable about technology. Very friendly and happy to chat and give advice about the best products for your need and won't advise you to buy the most expensive items. You feel like you're in safe hands and their expertise is greatly valued

The staff are so friendly and professional , both over the phone and in person. They helped us with the delivery, and the service was amazing. This was my first purchase from Richer Sounds Middlesbrough, and it was such a great experience that I will definitely buy my next product from them

What an excellent shop Richer Sounds at Middlesborough are. Dave helped me choose some new wireless headphones. I was free to spend 2 hassle free supportive hours in their sound room. Highly experienced people giving top advice without feeling any pressure to buy. I did buy some Focal Bathys, and after a few weeks of regular use, they still blow me away. I'm re-enjoying all of my music all over again. Many thanks, Richard

Great prices and great selection. But above all, great and knowledgeable staff. Thank you for helping me choose the right tv and I did my budget. And a 6yr warranty

Another great visit and buy from this branch
Staff are always very friendly polite and patient
Set up a pair of speakers I was interested in comparing with another pair

I recently bought a Hisense tv from Richer Sounds. Now, encountering an annoying issue with the on screen mute display, I tried to source an answer via the Hisense website. AI intervention, absolute nonsense and waste of time. Today, I spoke to David at my local Middlesbrough store. Within 4 minutes, he provided me with a simple solution. Absolutely marvelous and top notch customer service as always. Just proves you can't beat talking to a human being. Spot on again Richer Sounds.

Stuart helped me through the buying process for a UST projector, his knowledge and that of his colleagues was really helpful and I could not be happier with my purchase. I always go to Richer Sounds for my electronics purchases, no one can beat them on knowledge, price or customer care. First class as always.

Have bought my last few tv's from Richer Sounds. Great staff at Middlesbrough . Great customer service and very helpful. Always good on price and the extra warranty that others don't give is very reassuring. Would definitely recommend to anyone . Thanks to all.

Very knowledgeable and efficient staff and service. The no 1 shop for advice and help. Products all good quality.

My go to tv/hifi retailer

Next day click and collect. Friendly team in Middlesbrough store

Once again an excellent service from Richer Sounds. Good advice, helpful and delivered on time. Will always use Richer Sounds when I can.

My experience with Shaun at the Middlesbrough branch of Richer Sounds was amazing. He was so friendly and very helpful..Nothing was too much trouble even though I was bombarding him with questions.
Thanks very much Shaun.
Your help was much appreciated

Customer service. I had queries about speaker brackets seen online. I got through to Paul at Middlesbrough branch who suggested a product and checked they would fit my speakers from
eBay. I forgot to order cable so rang back and he got some similar to my existing Cambridge Audio and added to the order. All arrived together.

Always great to deal with Richer Sounds. I always search their shops first for HiFi & TV,
Great for advice and demonstrations.
Competitive prices.
