Richer Sounds - Middlesbrough Arvostelua

These guys are always so helpful when it comes to buying a new product. Happy to chat through options and what makes them different.

In one word MIKE. Fantastic caring friendly service. Very happy with his advise and skill. A really nice person.

The guy in the shop, I think his name may have been Dave, was pleasant & very knowledgeable. I've shopped with Richer Sounds numerous times over the years & always found the staff to be the same. I went out of the shop feeling that if anything should go wrong with the product I'd just purchased, there would be the back up to resolve any issues. I thoroughly recommend making this company your first port of call when purchasing Hifi or any other home entertainment equipment.

Shopping with Richer Sounds is like putting on your favourite clothes seamless and comfortable

A member of our family recommended Richer Sounds, and I would also recommend this store. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great service, great staff, great price nuff said

the staff, and service were great. Very knowledgeable and excellent advice.
Thank you.

The staff in the Middlesbrough store were really helpful. Delivery was on time on the delivery and efficient without been rushed.

Professional and very friendly staff. Good, fast communication—and I love the audio system they recommended to me

Ordered a Pure H4i Internet/DAB+ radio click and collect for next day collection. I was informed when it was available to collect from the Middlesbrough store. Upon collection, was served promptly by polite staff as always.

The staff member was very helpful and honest with their service. He suggested some upgrade options for to my old TVs rather than jumping in to sell me a new one I might not have needed.
I did want to replace one TV and try the upgrades. He helped me select the right TV for my needs, nothing to high a spec or at a huge price which is a great approach from them.

First time we’d been to Richer sounds, but we found them so helpful & knowledgeable, without being pushy. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Very easy ordering, great customer service, cannot ask for more than that.

Straightforward good advice on quality tech

Great Service as always, great prices, friendly staff, Well Recommended.

Ordered a TV for bedroom on Thursday and picked it up on Friday from Middlesbrough store. Staff are super friendly and efficient. The TV was good value as usual, we have been buying TVs from Richer Sounds for many years now and really like the choice and value for money as well as the free six year warranty

Knowledgable staff and most helpful. Richer Sounds always has best price and advice

I recently bought a turntable from Middlesbrough branch, I wasn't sure which way I wanted to go brand wise etc. After an informative chat with the manager in the shop I went away happy and the system sounds great..... i will be back

First class customer service. Paul & Stuart where both excellent in providing really useful product knowledge & nothing was too much trouble. I glided through the pre-ordering process & collection to store was swift with speedy comms. The product I bought the 4K player Panasonic UB820 has exceeded my expectations, an absolute powerhouse of tech. A sales journey I would highly recommend to anyone without hesitation & remember myself for years to come. An awesome company. Thank you
