Maidstone store and the delivery company.…
Between the Maidstone store and the delivery company it was a nightmare as I was getting different information from the two of them.
I have been a Richer Sounds customer for many years and I have always had perfect service.
At the moment, I doubt if I will ever use you again which makes me very sad.

Thanks for your feedback, great to read you were happy with our service.
Great service
Received standard email from richer sounds and noticed the price of the TV I had recently purchased had dropped by £50. Completed the online price promise form and had a call from Jay around an hour later to arrange the refund. No quibbles, all sorted quickly and refund appeared in my bank account a couple of days later. Excellent service.
