Richer Sounds - Maidstone Arvostelua

helpful, friendly service. great packaging and on time

Easy ordering system salesman Joe very helpfull and honest about the product.

Richer Sounds staff are always very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I prefer to actually see the products I want to buy before I buy them and I can do that by going into their excellent store.

Felt a valued customer. I asked to test a few speakers to their FULL potential and it wasn't and issue. Definitely helped me part with my money as I was initially, only looking!!
They didn't have the item i wanted in stock but got it ordered and to my delight, it arrived a day earlier than promised.
Product was spot on too!
5star

lovely shop, staff very helpful and knowledgeable,no pressure selling ,the best result i could of had with my new record deck, fantastic unbeatable price for me and walked out of the shop very satisfied indeed with a massive smile on my face
thanks to richer sounds
much appricaited guys keep doing what you do

Sales person was quite knowledgeable about the product and very personable to deal with. However, there was limited choice of our preferred sizes (32” or 40-43”) of tv, and no mention of any clearance items which were only notified by email to us later. I don’t recall seeing any of these on the website before visiting the shop.

We bought a 43” Cello QLED Web OS tv which came with a useful 7 year extended guarantee. TV was a little frustrating to set up initially until I found that I needed to install a software update, following which setup was reasonably straightforward.

Quite happy with purchase so far and, as always, Richer Sounds is a pleasant and reliable place to shop.

Always deal with this shop, I get good service and advice. This is my first port of call.staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

I had a lot of help from Ben at the Maidstone store.
He gave me some great advise but at the time the to I wanted had sold out.
So I rang him again when I was in a position to buy a tv
He gave me a quote and went to the store and bought the tv he recommended at a great price

Very knowledgeable and informed staff.
Whole process of helping me decide exactly what to buy through to getting it delivered was easy and fast.
Overall a really good experience helped by staff member Piers.
I’ve used them before and will use them again!

The huge choice and expert knowledge of the staff , plus the ability to set up and listen or view your purchase , also the excellent pricing make this a go to store for entertainment.
