Richer Sounds - London Bridge Arvostelua

Even though there was a problem with the product RS did their very best to solve it.

Great demo and value at a good price point

Malik at London Bridge was of great assistance by listening to my requirements and came up with the ideal solution. He was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous throughout. Highly recommend.

Hassle free experience, easy to navigate website, good comms and pleased with the product.

Richer sounds has very good electronics and services, Although like other retailers their products arrives incomplete, As you know I ordered one of their latest sound bars (Samsung products)But unfortunately it arrived without a HDMI cable, The matter is still waiting to be resolved by a technician, 5/9/26 I will get back to you ASAP, Any technical issues I will let you know for assistance, Thank you for your products and technical support team,

Excellent customer service. Had issue with delivery, but dealt with efficiently. Would recommend.

Staff always friendly and helpful, plus they price match and provide a 6 year warranty.

ordered something for store delivery. arrived when expected and the store manager was very proactive letting me know it had arrived - he called as well as emailing in addition to the system-generated alert

A friendly and knowledgeable staff who were interested in my purchase and wanted to understand why I purchased it and what I needed it for. Discussing their own experience- the product is excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff. Had to wait a while as other staff were sorting boxes in the listening room. Once they were gone, staff took down from display and set up the two amplifiers that I wanted to compare. The staff were very knowledgeable about the amps (although they preferred the Arcam 5). I was given a soft drink and they left me to listen to the cds I brought with me. Not rushed, probably there for an hour altogether.
I chose the Audiolab 6000 amp, was given a good price and it was delivered two days later. All good.

All good. I had great service. I picked up the item I wanted and it works brilliantly. I'm super happy with it. I like Richer Sounds and made the effort to come to the shop rather than getting the same product on Amazon despite the slight extra expense and inconvenience.
One slight thing is that I saw on the leaflet that I got that you offer £10 off the first in store/online purchase and I think this was my first but I wasn't aware off the £10 and now I suppose it's too late

Amazing service and top class technical support. I had AA couple of minor out of the box issues and Robin was superb in resolving these quickly and efficiently

Friendly and non pushy staff who gave great advice

A fantastic company and have been shopping with them since 1989

Product availability, good offers, and great service by Ali!

Robin at London Bridge was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and supportive. He's a credit to Richer Sounds and I will definitely be back again.

Friendly staff and super knowledgeable. Love shopping here

Superb service Robin was excellent and also managed to find someone locally (Mo) who could install my new TV

Bought a pair of Sennheiser HDB630 recently from the London Bridge store.

They were quick to reply on the emails beforehand, and Ali was very helpful in store allowing me to test out a couple of headphones without any pressure. Very useful to be able to test out two headphones side by side to make a decision.

Thanks
