Richer Sounds - London Bridge Arvostelua

Efficient & knowledgeable service as ever

I've been using Richer sounds for many years, the service has been second to none, they always go above & beyond, prices are always good, also really like the VIP offers

The customer service great particularly from Robin who I met in the London Bridge branch and who helped me to choose a music centre which took out the stress out of trying to make a decision. Robin also kindly offered to assemble the music centre at my home which was really appreciated.

A very friendly, knowledgeable salesperson in the store helped me to make my decision on a new piece of hi-fi. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from real people. Price matched a product even when they weren't obliged to. Fast Delivery. Would recommend.

Able to view the AV receiver in the shop with knowledgeable advice from the staff. Easy to order and pay, delivered the next day to my home. Denon AVR has great sound, good connectivity, easy to set up

Went into the London Bridge branch, needed a large screen TV, and audio receiver for my client.

Terry was incredibly knowledgeable, and gave me a further discount on the items I purchased.

Perfect.

Recieved the product in a reasonable time frame.

Amazing communication and speed of delivery
Thank you

I have purchased from Richer Sounds a few times, but this was the first time I visited one of the stores.
I had planned on purchasing an EVO150 SE, but was not sure about getting speakers for it at this time.
I had the EVO 150 confused with the cheaper EVO one.
Malik sorted out my confusion and set up the experience room for me to try the EVO 150combined with a pair of DALI Oberon 5's.
I was very impressed, but being concerned about the ability to use wireless headphones with the system, Malik organised a demo of this feature. It is important as this system is for the living room and sometimes I want to listen to music while my wife is watching TV.

Fantastic service & a great price too.
No pressure at all to buy and all options laid out to me and recommendations good and bad.
Didn't honestly think I would have been in a position to purchase what I did but being a VIP member also helped as well as Robin at London bridge helping to get in my price range.

Friendly staff and very helpful. In particular nice that they held the item for a few days until I could get to the shop.

Friendly expert advice followed by quick delivery.

I bought some earbuds, performance of which was disappointing ( developing a terminal fault within 12 months of purchase). Staff were very understanding, interested to learn more and friendly in processing my refund credit.

As always, excellent service online and in-store at London Bridge, cheaper than anywhere else and with a 6yr guarantee.

Ordered late in the day from warehouse and collected on second day after. Staff were polite and helpful, making a handle for my item. London Bridge store.

Excellent advice from Terry and good prices. Terry took the time to understand our needs and to consider how best RS could help.

Called for a bit of advice which was freely given and spot on, made a purchase and received my items the next day as promised, worked perfectly….happy days! Thanks for your advice and excellent customer care.
