Thanks for leaving us a 5* review. It really does make the hard work we put into customer service worthwhile.
Great Customer Service
I bought a Samsung OLED TV recently. The sales assistant was very nice and gave me a £20 manager's discount at the time of purchase.
However, about 2 weeks later I went on the website and found out that the TV price has been further dropped by £30. So I sent an email to RC explaining the situation and asking for a price match. I got a response back from Manager Carl offering me the refund. I was very pleased and impressed with their customer service and support.
This is one of the reasons, I have been a RC customer for over 20o years now.
BTW the TV is also amazing and the HDR format is absolutely stunning.

Exceptional service at the Kingston branch – Ask for Sunny!
I recently purchased the 77" LG G5 from the Kingston branch of Richer Sounds, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
A special shout-out to Sunny, who really went above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process, helping me feel completely confident in my decision. It’s rare to find that level of genuine expertise and patient advice without feeling pressured.
The TV itself is a masterpiece—the brightness and clarity on the G5 are on another level. Combined with Richer Sounds' competitive pricing and their legendary 6-year guarantee, it’s easily the best tech purchase I’ve made.
If you’re looking for a premium home cinema setup, I can’t recommend the Kingston team and Sunny highly enough. 5-star service all the way!
