Richer Sounds - Holborn Arvostelua

Great customer service and excellent support from the store manager. I was also offered a very competitive discount, which none of the nearby Richer Sounds stores in my area were able to match. I will definitely return to the Holborn store in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

If you need a new TV or Hifi Equipment, having experienced quality staff that know their stuff is the place to go! Richer Sounds are passionate about what they sell and can advise on what's best for you. Highly recommended.

Great service, very knowledgeable staff.

Great service, advice, and a good deal of patients from Steve at the Holborn store.
My order was placed very late in the day and still a next day delivery was promised and met.
Steve reassured me about the compatability between my existing speakers and a new amplifier.
Great prices, expert advise and excellent customer service. What's not to like?
Many thanks for your kindness.

And my Speakers always friendly and generous with their suggestions and advice , Steve the store manager , is a legend. Can’t do enough for his customers . Thank the team

excellent service as usual, that’s why I keep coming back time and time again.

Very good shop with lots of outstanding products. The staff were more than helpful I the Holborn branch. I just bought a pair of ear pods but I am extremely satisfied with the value for money I experienced from the buy

I like a shop where the staff know what they are talking about, know their own stock and are keen to help the customer.
I never go elsewhere for audio products.

Know the products. Polite and friendly service.

Staff generally very helpful

Elliot gave good advice. The product works perfectly.

Great advice from the staff at the Holborn branch, and quick efficient service.

In some ways going into Richer Sounds makes me sad because it shows how good other retail outlets could and should be. They have amazing customer service from staff who know what they’re talking about. If you have a problem they *phone you* to put it right. It’s like going in a shop from a time when shops cared about what they sold and what you bought. I can’t rate it highly enough.

All good great guys went out of their way. Nice
