Richer Sounds - Guildford Arvostelua

Really good advice regarding new TV purchase, followed by an innteresting speakers demo. First rate service!

Called to place an order (website said to call due to low stock levels). Tayla from the Guildford branch was incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient. Gave me great advice and sorted my order, which arrived quicker than expected (and exactly as described!).
Thanks!

The whole experience was top notch. I called the Guildford store and Roland helped me purchase the LG G-series 65" OLED Evo 4K wall mounted version with the LG US70TR soundbar. Roland was super helpful, and recommended an installer they have used for many years - Ben. The installation process was excellent and Ben set everything up including the soundbar. The TV is outstanding and we are super pleased with the soundbar and speakers. Great service from start to finish and a great deal all round.

I wouldn’t buy my AV equipment from anyone else. Staff always knowledgeable and helpful, they price match and give a long warranty. Plus supporting a local High street business. What’s not to like?

The sales people (staff) are knowledgeable about the TVs, sound bars etc and know the specs of each and can link it to what you are wanting. The price is reasonable too.

The quality of the products speak for themselves.

Great customer services, Tayla specifically is always a pleasure to deal with, helpful, professional and has meant I go here before anywhere else!

Super friendly really helpful staff answered all my questions and more

Good price and great service.
Fantastic TV!

Great range of items. Easy to navigate website. Once item was ordered I received regular updates on how my order was progressing. I was called on the expected date telling me my order was ready, which I duly collected from the friendly, helpful shop staff.

All a pleasure to deal with the staff at Richer Sounds. My regular stop for any hifi or TV.

The staff you have are excellent, they really work to discover what is necessary. You then suggested an installation company who naturally backed up the service. It was great service!
Thank you

Excellent service. Good attention to detail. Great guarantee.

Good advice with a very unexpected follow up call to ask if the unit was OK and did I have any setup questions.

This is on top of a price without the physical shop premium.

Everyone know exactly what they are talking about and I have not found a problem they can’t solve

Very helpful and polite

Great communication with Guildford branch. First by email then phone. Personal service, knowledgeable staff, real people, no auto AI bot nonsense. They worked to source what I wanted from another store and then get it sent out to me direct. Also made up some cables for me to collect at my convenience. Just great personal service.

The sales person Dillon. Was very helpful and patient. As I was having difficulty trying to pay online. I didn't succeed. So arranged to go in and pay.
They price matched my purchase ,with a little bit more of.
And free delivery.

Support and advice from Franklin was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and personable. It was a great all round experience.

Thank you to Dylan at the Guildford branch shop for all his help setting up my WiiMs to have individual or multi room music. There were a couple of issues which Dylan was very helpful resolving. This maintained my faith in Richer Sounds promise to help customers enjoy what they have bought. Real people. Real help. Real Service.
