Richer Sounds - Edinburgh Arvostelua

Can’t be beaten, fantastic help picking the right gift.

I originally had a small issue with a television - but the management sorted it out!
Very happy with the outcome.
I have since ordered a whole new surround sound setup + some other goodies - and everything is working great!
Thank you for helping to sort everything out.

Excellent service, with high quality customer service from friendly and helpful staff.

The staff is nice and professional and the prices are attractive.

Great advice on which television would be best for my elderly Mum. A pleasure to deal with. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

Great advice from Craig - very patient too and allowed us to hear various turntables - love the Argon we purchased and pairs well with my existing Amp and speakers. Thank you

Bowie made me feel welcome in the store and spent a lot of time making sure I got the best equipment for my needs. Being able to hear the exact configuration I bought, was a brilliant experience.

The salesman listened to the requirement that I needed from a tv and help me find what I was looking for although he did not know if any could do it, as the specific requirement is not even mentioned on any manufacturer's websites.

Even though I made a mistake when purchasing by choosing collection instead of home delivery, Paul from the online team and James from the Edinburgh store were super accommodating by changing my order to home delivery and it still arrived really quickly. Can't fault anything here, you can tell it's a company that cares about customer experience.

Great service and recommended equipment that works well for me.

I'm not very good at tech ( I'm 81 !) but James at Chambers St in Edinburgh was very patient and spent a lot of time talking me through the connection of the digi box and the problem getting sound through the amp.

I was looking for a TV online, just a small TV for bedroom as we had one of the same model already. Knowing that it was one of those TV's that's likely been replaced by another model, I knew I'd have some difficulty in finding this exact one. However I found it online at Richer Sounds.

I was directed to speak to the store in Edinburgh that had the TV in stock so it would be sent out from there. I had no issues with the sale or customer service in relation to purchasing the TV. The TV itself is working great and even opted in for the extended warranty.

Bought two speaker stands and various Sonos speakers. I have to say the staff were excellent. Great advice and a feeling of genuine connection.

Thanks guys.

Have dealt with Richer Sounds Edinburgh several times over the years.
Service advice always spot on. I genuinely feel they care.
