Richer Sounds - Edinburgh Arvostelua

Fair dealing when CD player failed for third time. Replacement is better and I got a small refund.

My own fault really for not researching properly before purchasing a record deck and bookshelf speakers - not realising that I also required a pre amp and also an amp for the set up. Having gone to the shop in Edinburgh I was quoted £299 for the required additional equipment - this was outwith my intended budget. I agreed with the sales staff that I could return the unused equipment but am currently unsure if I will be fully reimbursed or whether I will be offered a credit voucher instead. Some clarification would be appreciated
Kind regards
Gordon

Helpful member of staff answered my questions and gave more info to help me make decision to purchase TV. 6 year guarantee also a bonus. Told me to expect email from delivery co and that was all good too. Definitely be heading back to Richer Sounds for my next purchase.

Excellent great advice great prices great service great staff order carried out to car

what stood out in my experience was the staff’s attention to individual needs of the customer and help with the installation. i particularly appreciated this because of my neurodiversity/disability.

Excellent experience with all the staff being helpful, experienced and knowledgeable. Easy to recommend that if you need any home AV or HiFi equipment that you go straight in and speak to them.

Friendly, helpful staff (as ever) at my local (Edinburgh) store.

RS is my first stop when looking at TV's / Hi-Fi etc as they are normally very keenly priced and offer excellent G'tee coverage.

On the rare times when I've encountered problems they have been resolved without fuss or drama.

Ordered online collected in store. Easy and efficient.

Great service from start to finish.
Bowie at the Edinburgh branch talked us through various options, explained well and we are very happy with our purchase.
Delivery company offered great communication and arrived on time.

Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable team service from the Edinburgh store, with an extra thoughtful touch: adding a note to help me get the most out of my speaker cables, too.

Courteous reception on the two visits to Edinburgh shop and quickly traced the tv suitable for me to another shop and it was promptly delivered to my address.

Not yet tuned the set though disappointed that no paper style instruction guide supplied but that seems to be the modern fashion.

Great staff, happy to answer any question no matter how daft. Excellent products and good value with a long warranty to boot

Choice, Availibilty and Price of product. However, it's your staff that really amplify the whole experience. Both your in-shop and online employees excel in all aspects of customer satisfaction..

They were excellent from the minute we spoke to them. Very informative, pleasant and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again!

Great products at a great price. Customs service is always brilliant here. Really look after customers

Excellent customer service, care and support.

On holiday in Edinburgh just started to rain when we saw the Richer sounds shop. We were thinking of new speakers for our Hi-Fi system so went in. Bowie was great showed us some speakers and played them for us. He then e mailed the details to me ( gave us an umbrella as we left) and on my return home i ordered them and they arrived 24 hours later. Fantastic service

Excellent service, the staff in my local store(Edinburgh) go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for. Thoroughly recommended.

very knowledgeable staff warm and friendly

Jack and co. in the edinburgh store was absolutely amazing in helping purchase a TV. We originally looked at amazon during the prime day sales and asked to see the Tv in person before ordering online. Not only was Jack helpful on the phone with TV knowledge but let us come in and see.

Not only did he help almost match the price of the TV but helped us bundle it with a recommended soundbar for another price reduction. Our original plan was to order on amazon but we instead walked out with a TV and soundbar that day instead of 4 days delivery with roughly the same price. The knowledge in that store is absolutely amazing and they do not hesitate to help even when you know very little about the items. they go into great detail but they do it in a way that you can understand easily
