Richer Sounds - Edinburgh Arvostelua

Superb experience! I found the record player I wanted cheaper elsewhere, so sent the details in using their online form.

Within the hour, I received a call from a staff member at my local shop, who was both friendly and professional. They matched the price and then took a further £5 off, and I received a further £10 off due to it being my first order.

First class customer service, delivery went well, and the product is exactly what I wanted! It's so rare to receive customer service like this, and it's worth recognising it.

Great products with fantastic after sale service. They respond to queries and stand by their guarantee claims.

Service could not be faulted

Absolute brilliant service and I love the tv too!!

Exceptional service

Everyone took the time to search for products to meet our specific business needs and didn’t try to over sell. We also had a rush order for an event coming up in a few days and the team made extra checks to ensure everything would arrive on time.

Thanks especially to Jack. Great service.

Jack from the Edinburgh branch helped me find the perfect TV that worked for me and my tight budget. No hard sell, no nonsense, just friendly and helpful service.

I dealt with Richer Sounds over the phone (which I prefer) and the adviser was very helpful, polite and efficient. Everything was processed with ease and the tv arrived in a couple days. It was as straightforward as any tv can be to set up. Happy with purchase and good guarantee provided.

I enjoyed the experience of actually going into the shop, speaking with knowledgeable, helpful people, and the goods arrived at my home address within one working day

The staff were helpful and receptive to my order

Great staff, very knowledgeable and good advice regarding what hi-fi set up to select. Fast delivery and good price point for equipment.

Enthusiastic help by Richer Sounds staff and provision of suitable solutions.

Very helpful staff and informative. I have asked in store for information before and been very happy to be advised on electronic purchases. Quick delivery too.

I arrived early, before the official opening time, but the guys opened up and allowed me to come in a pick up my pre-ordered item. They could not have been more accommodating and helpful - great customer service!

Absolutely outstanding. Incredible depth of knowledge, fast, efficient, professional, non-patronising and extremely friendly. John at Richer Sounds couldnt have been more helpful. Beyond recommended. 100% satisfaction.

I love buying from Richard Sounds, If you are looking for a team that really know audio, then Richard Sounds is the place to go, I bought my equipment in Richard Sounds in Edinburgh, and the team there are always so helpful and spend a lot of time with me to really understand what I need to ensure my home cinema and audio system sound amazing.

Delighted with my Richer Sounds purchase and their excellent customer service. I went in store knowing roughly what I wanted and with a budget and the customer service man was excellent. Was my first time spending so much money on a sound system so was a wee but nervous but he explained everything really well and I've got a gorgeous sounding amp, speakers and turntable that really works with my room size and my needs. There was a slight mix up with a couple of cables but they resolved it the same day. Cannot fault them, especially as a woman buying equipment she has little knowledge about. Would highly recommend
